Questionnable Reliability and Pricing
I got a Pitbull shaver as my first head shaving product since shaving my head in 2023. The unit works well enough, but doesn't seem to last very long on a charge and can cut out with not much warning mid-shave. Blade replacements cost almost the price of an entire headshaver from other brands, and the last blade I got from them became jammed and defunct within two weeks of use. I have now switched to another product.

It turns on by itself
It turns on by itself, made a video to prove it. Customer service makes me pay for shipping it back and will only replace it after receiving mine. Meanwhile I can't use the product. If you do spend time, money and resources getting this, there's a free headache included.

I received my Pitbull Gold PRO GX5 with the wrong charger. When I contacted support, they blamed me, saying that because I ordered from their .EU site, I received a European plug and that I should have purchased from skullshaver.co.uk instead. They also added that the shaver comes with a USB cable, so I could just use it with another charger.
This is complete nonsense. The site clearly shows a message stating they have a dedicated site for Ireland, which I selected. While the shaver works fine, the buying experience and customer service are extremely frustrating. The company should provide the correct accessories for the country of delivery instead of making excuses.
Not recommended â if youâre buying in Ireland, double-check everything or youâll end up with the wrong charger.
Bad courier and poor communications
Bought a skull shaver gold from UK online store. Tracked the package with Evri and marked delivered after 2days. Delivery picture is blank, no gps pin and no item received. Customer support from both Evri and Skull Shaver has been horrendous. Save yourself the hassle and swipe next!

I am a long time skull shaver user. I will not be any longer. I spent 5 days trying to get a new shaving handle because mine would not keep a charge. this is the third or fourth time that I had to get a new handle. the customer service person that I spent 5 days emailing did not understand my problem which all's I did was ask to get a new handle even told them I would pay for a new handle and this person had no idea what the problem was with my handle. the new handle they sent me was the wrong one. tried to explain it to this person named Ashley and she could not resolve my problem. I will no longer it should be a skullshaver user which is a shame. it's a good product but they're customer service is just God awful their products used to last a long time. now you're lucky if you get 6 months out of them

Brand new top of the range: Pitbull Diamond PRO Head & Face Shaver - 2 months after purchase it is a brick. Build quality not good, support wanted £55 to provide a replacement shaver by return otherwise wait 2 months for repair...should buy the Bruan 9 - I have two and they have not let me down...much better head cut, closer than the Skull Shaver. Supposed 5 year warranty for a product that has failed so soon. Do not buy.

Je suis a mon deuxiÚme donc je peux vous dire que le premier auquel la batterie a lâché rapidement sont des pannes du a une mauvaise qualité de la batterie.
Donc dépenser moin cher sur un Bra*n a 40⬠il tiendra plus longtemps
Not worth the expense
I purchased my skullshaver pitbull from walmart for $80. It perfomed well but after 12 uses the small shaft on the razor head that holds the foil retainer in place stripped out and would no longer lock down. When I contacted them they told me the shaver head which has the shaft on it is only covered for 45 days and I was beyond that so I could purchase a replacement for $40 and they would give me a whole $4 off. If that part is going to fail after 12 shaves I most certainally will not buy a replacement and will never buy this product again.
Great product & customer service
I bought the Pitbull Silver Pro shaver for my husband and heâs delighted with it. He just uses it in the shower every day. No more faffing about with a corded shaver.
Customer service is great too - Iâd accidentally signed up for replacement blades so they cancelled it for me without question. Would highly recommend them.
Unknown delivery time
I placed an order directly with Skull for their shaver. Unfortunately, they use Evri for delivery, and after four to five days with no clear delivery timeline, I still hadn't received the product. Given Evriâs reputation, I decided to cancel my order and will buy from a high street store instead. If you plan to rely on one of the lowest-rated couriers, you should expect dissatisfied customers.
