Skydio has been a headache to work with from square one. Far inferior hardware relative to the competition, outdated and non-functional software, horrendous customer service, misrepresentation of their equipment's capabilities. They sold us a drone and dock solution that never worked properly, they never fixed or replaced it, and refused to refund the cost when we were forced to go with another solution. instead they offered us an enterpise RC, which they have never delivered. Scam artists.

So after ten weeks of waiting, Skydio clearly are not going to come back to me with a solution for my business to provide multiple aircraft for 3D rendering, with support and software. They really do not care about wasting peoples time or answering question's, I am so very thankful that I did not buy any product from them.

Ordered on they're website. Had a couple a question and the customers service provided a excellent service. Shipping was fast and everything went smoothly.
