The perfect transaction. Great communication via Whats App, giving me updates on my Avata 360 drone combo kit. From order to UK delivery was approx 2 weeks and I am now charging up the batteries for the registration and 1st flight today.
I cannot fault this service - it is a bit scary at certain points but a video showing my drone being packed, a UK tracking label etc all gave me the reassurance I needed.

Yes, the delivery time might take a while (in my case about 2 weeks), but the communication is great and you don´t feel any doubts about it.

Zakoupil jsem dron DJI Avata 2 od tohoto prodejce a musím říct, že jsem byl maximálně spokojený. Celý obchod proběhl přesně tak, jak má – bez problémů a s naprosto profesionálním přístupem.

Komunikace byla skvělá. Kdykoliv jsem měl jakýkoliv dotaz, reagoval prodejce okamžitě, ochotně a vše mi srozumitelně vysvětlil. I když dodání trvalo o něco déle, prodejce mě průběžně informoval a reagoval velmi rychle, takže jsem neměl důvod k obavám.

Samotný produkt dorazil přesně v takovém stavu, jak byl inzerován – DJI Avata 2 byla nová, v originální zafóliované a zapečetěné krabici, vše naprosto v pořádku.

Celkově hodnotím tuto zkušenost jako výbornou. Všechno proběhlo férově, profesionálně a bez jediného problému. Prodejce mohu vřele, opravdu vřele doporučit.

I purchased a DJI Avata 2 drone from this seller and I have to say I was extremely satisfied. The entire transaction went exactly as it should – smooth, reliable, and very professional.

Communication was excellent. Whenever I had any questions, the seller responded immediately, was very helpful, and explained everything clearly. Even though the delivery took a bit longer, the seller kept me informed and reacted quickly, so I had no reason to worry.

The product itself arrived exactly as advertised – the DJI Avata 2 was brand new, in its original sealed and wrapped box, everything in perfect condition.

Overall, I rate this experience as excellent. Everything was fair, professional, and completely hassle-free. I can highly, highly recommend this seller.

I can only recommend it. Great communication, delivery service, of course it depends on the length of the journey before the goods arrive. But I did not find a single fault with this company, the drone was in perfect condition, no defects, whatever you want to order, there is no problem, purchase without problems

Bought a DJI Mini 3, images and price was good, fast reponses and shipped next day, did take some time for the package as dhl had some snow in germany probably but got it after 18 days. Would buy again

Ordered 3 dji mini 5 pro plus batteries plus charging hub from start to finish the transaction went fantastic tried the plus batteries on my mini 5 pro here in the UK everything went perfect definitely be buying my future drone stuff off these guys exellent service all round.
