This company is very great at whatever they do, everything is professional, the staff are very friendly and they take good care of your needs. From the editors to the illustration personnel, the website personnel, everyone I associate with are great people. this company I truly would recommend to anyone.

Skylark Media is a very professional company. Emma was very good at her job. She and the illustrator were very caring and careful in capturing the images that I described to them. My books turned out beautifully, and I love them. Jamie and Alyssa were really good with relations, too, and getting back to me.

The attentiveness and responses to two way communication (phone, mobile, texting, email) with Skylark Media have been above scale and very reliable.

Skylark is GREAT at keeping in touch with their clients! Previously, I had a poor experience with a media business handling my book and they rarely checked up on me. Not the case with Alyssa, Emma and Jamie! These three kept me informed of the progress of everything that they were doing regarding the package purchased. Their reassuring conversations set my mind at ease and I knew I was working with a company that really cared and wanted the best for the success of my book. I am so elated and excited about Skylark promoting my book and taking it to the world for all to read. I don't have to search for another company when I write my next book.
