Excellent price, quality and delivery. Had a small issue with my purchase but when I contacted the company they responded and resolved the issue within minutes no issues whatsoever! Great customer service, other large companies should take a leaf from their book!

The charging cable does not work so although it all looks good I am struggling to actually use it. Was a gamble that didn't pay off!

Delivery is quick and efficient and customer service is fantastic - they responded to my email and sent out without question a replacement for a faulty product the day after I reported it.

I ordered a Hidrate Spark water bottle on a Sunday, with a discount code and free delivery. They website was not on Trustpilot at the time and there were no reviews on facebook so must admit I thought it was a scam. As it had the option to pay later using Klarna I thought I’d give it the benefit of the doubt (Klarna offers protection on online purchases too). The water bottle was delivered on the Wednesday so speedy delivery too! The box had seen better days (as per item description) but the product inside is like new. Very pleased and would recommend!

I was a bit dubious as the website was new and I came to trustpilot and could not see any reviews. I just saw post on facebook to leave a review so I thought i would do my bit as I don’t tend to leave reviews

I paid £33 for hydrate bottle that I was about to buy for over double the price. Item was in fantastic as new condition how it was described. I told my friends who also made orders and they are all happy too!

I will continue to shop here in future
