Terrible company

Terrible company. Paid for skylights. The packaging confirmed that the remote was included. The remote didn't come. Emailed and they didn't respond for over two months. Coulnd't find the specs online so was forced to buy through their website and pay another shipping fee. Terrbie. Avoid.

Interim Solution

Very quick delivery meant we had a working blind over the Christmas period while the house was full. So a good start and it was easy to fit despite the useless instructions. But it's not an exact replacement for the Velux original. One issue is the side rails which are much chunkier and reduce the window aperture slightly. Also, general quality is not as good - I'm seeing this blind as an interim solution.

I've been looking for blinds for my…

I've been looking for blinds for my Roto windows for years and came across these completely by accident.

Pleasantly surprised is an understatement. Not only were these blinds considerably cheaper than some I've seen before but they took only a few minutes to fit and do the job perfectly.

Lovely blinds easy to install

Lovely blinds easy to install and the dim feature is great for blocking direct light but still the room is bright. I work at the window and light was blinding at certain times of the day, I can now work comfortably. No issues with delivery and installed in a few minutes
