Great communication and excellent service. Completed the job quickly and cleaned up after. Can't fault the workmanship - would highly recommend.

From ensuring fitting would be manageable to the end of the work, I could not fault Skylights UK. They fitted 3 velux in well under a day and navigated quite a few children at the same time. They were friendly, clean and super organised. Thank you!

We had a problem with a broken controller for Velux skylights and a blind. (Not supplied by the company).

We contacted Skylights UK. Dylan was very friendly and helpful. He quickly arranged a visit to diagnose the problem. Connor and Jack came and resolved all the issues. The windows and blind have more functionality than they did before and we are delighted. Connor and Jack were prompt, courteous and very professional.

First-class experience from start to finish. From the initial consultation with our project manager, Dylan, everything was handled professionally. We exchanged several emails throughout the process, and every question was answered promptly and courteously.
On the installation day, the two installers were absolutely superb. They were polite, professional, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. They also took the time to give me a thorough handover, making sure I understood exactly how to operate my new solar VELUX windows.

From the first contact with this company which I found through researching on the internet for the North East area, I was dealt with by Dylan, he walked us through the whole process and timescales which were spot on. Contact was frequent until the day of the Velux glass replacement and service. The technicians who carried out the work were prompt, courteous and did a brilliant job. The technicians even cleaned and hoovered the whole area before they left. 5 star from start to finish and highly recommended.
