I have always used Manie for booking flights and hotels, he really knows what he’s doing and always takes care of everything from start to finish. I would highly recommend Skylord Travel, I’ve never had any issues using them.

Been using Skylord for as long as I can remember. They are reliable and quick to give quotes. Once I was stuck in India on standby and Skylord were able to quickly sort me out and get me on the flight.

I have been using these guys for our trips for a while now because they give you a truly personalised service. They take the headache away from planning and booking and have taken the time to understand exactly what kind of trip I am looking for whether it’s leisure or business. I have tried using online travel sites like expedia but it cannot match a personalised service and skylord will always match if not beat the price! So a win win everytime.

I always use these guys for our family holidays. Almost feels like travel concierge, their holidays department really has patience dealing with our to and fro - flight options, hotel options, combinations, room options etc etc and then offering much more competitive pricing than others. They also then arrange private transfers to and from airport when on holiday. I also like the fact that they are atol protected, which has helped during COVID times.

I’ve purchased several flights from Skylord and every time is a smooth experience.
Very helpful staff, ultra competitive prices and solid after sales support (when I’ve had the odd issue).
Am always confident buying from these guys and you shouldn’t hesitate either.

We have used Skylord Travel for the last 10 years I think. Always dealt with Neeraj Gupta and Manoj. They have always been accommodating with our back and forth requests esp when we need to clarify meal plan options, or room layouts. Nothing is ever too much. The price is always competitive, the odd occasion it has happened they aren't the cheapest but sometimes that can happen, however, I would always book with Neeraj for the best all round care before, during and after. We have recommended numerous friends (all with kids) and they have kept using them since. Whenever we book a holiday with our group of friends, the sentence is always, 'let's message Neeraj to get on it'!. We have also just booked our Mauritius trip just 3 days ago with them. As always 'Thanks Neeraj and Manoj'.

We decided to book our trip to the Amalfi Coast with Skylord Travels and had a person named Neeraj Gupta look after us.

We were supposed to land at Naples Airport late in the night and wanted a transfer to our hotel in Sorrento. After checking online decided to request Neeraj to arrange the transfer to the hotel as well as it was late in the night and didn't want any hic ups at that time of the night. What a star he turned out to be, the car & driver was waiting for us as we walked out of the terminal. He had arranged a very comfortable car for us and the bonus was the driver spoke English and was friendly too. Hardly felt the hour drive to the hotel.

His deputy called Manoj arranged the tours for us to Capri, Amalfi Coast, Possatino and Ravello.

All the tours were on time and all the guides very friendly, couldn't have asked for more. We found both Neeraj and Manoj very accommodating people with all our requirements, nothing was any trouble for them, all dealt with a a friendly manner. If only more companies had staff like these two.

We are now back home and will contact you for our next trip.

If there was a negative 1 I would select it. Terrible customer service, they pretend to have cheaper tickets but do not honour the tickets. I have been offered a refund which takes a long long time to clear. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

POOR customer quality , HIGH prices, HIGH CANCELLATION and CHANGE FEES. Unprofessional service. Refunds delays, agent might use your funds for the duration unaccountable. NON Transparent and NON trustable travel agent. DO NOT USE

Never trust them, we didn't get our full money back despite PIA paid them in full. They tried to take PIA cancellation fee as well but when we informed them that it is illegal to do so when you have full refund from the Air line they tried to make excuses and now they haven't paid us back. Will definitely look in to a lawsuit against them.

I wish I could give zero stars to Skylord Travel. I purchased flight tickets from the UK to Turkey last October (2019) with Thomas Cook, just before they went bankrupt. The flights with Thomas Cook were cancelled, however Skylord Travel never did me the courtesy to inform me that my flights were cancelled, I had to make last moment purchases and arrangements, and when I contacted them to make a claim for a refund, they informed me that I will receive my money in three months or so. It is now June 2020, 9 months after my flights were cancelled, and I am yet to receive any update from Skylord Travel. All of my attempts to contact them went to pot. I have been kept for hours on their automatic machines before being hang up on. All of my efforts to get back my money, for services I never received have been ignored. I would NOT recommend Skylord Travel to ANYONE and I will NEVER use them again. Skylord Travel were quick to take my money and it came to honouring my customer rights they simply disappeared.

Do not use them. We needed the flights to be cancelled and get a refund and made the request about two months ago which was accepted but we never received the money back. Today after two months I had to request my bank to set a charge back to claim the funds back. They play around a lot when you speak with them but avoid doing what they should.

Mainly two reason for this low rating:
First - it is possible to use the Website without encryption (HTTP)
and this is a NO-GO, as my credit card data would go openly through the internet. Skylord Travel must address this as this is a compliance issue (PCI) that can be costly to them.

Second - not accepting AMEX is a great mistake for a travel business. Many companies require there employees to use the Corporate AMEX card for there travel bookings. Skylord Travel does not notify the customer about this fact, creating confusion and frustration. By the way, the Credit Cards fees can be added to the Booking!
