I don't know where to start. First of all they quoted my or rather gave me one price and upon arrival gave me a whole new contract that lead to me paying more than what was agreed upon. Secondly they spoke little to no English so communication was aggravating. They load our things and we thought we'd receive our belongings in no more than about ten days and it turned into 22 days of misery, excuses, terrible communication, attitudes, unprofessionalism and BS after BS... CARLOS was the supposed supervisor and is a horrible man. Then upon arrival they open the truck and our stuff is just thrown in the truck like trash, we took pictures they then tell us we'd have to pay extra for a long haul and stairs which led us to having to carry our own things upstairs where we'd later find out things are missing, things are destroyed and just a mess all around. These people are the opposite of skilled and professional. They don't need any business whatsoever and I wouldn't recommend anyone acquire their services. I'm currently filing a claim and we will see how it goes if not handled properly there will be a lawsuit. These ppl suck. We need Donald Trump back to govern these illegals who have no care or concern for good ol american values.

Abysmal experience with Sky Movers.
They do not look after your furniture - far from a professional removal company.
If you want to pay to have your furniture shoved in a van, unsecured, and then driven around like a lunatic and therefore battered in the process - go ahead, look no further - book Skymovers.
You won’t get compo, it’ll just waste your time - they don’t respond. As soon as they have your money they don’t care!!

Do not use, we booked these cowboys back in jan 2020 and they never turned up left us in limbo they say someone will be there later in day and still nobody turns up!! And I still didn’t get my deposit back to this day!! BE WARNED!!!!

Beware of this company, as firstly they have agreed to do the work in 350 £ all inclusive with no mention of trips (Quote is with me in written) etc. Once they have parked the truck outside my new house (May be five minutes from the old house) for the final drop of the load and suddenly I received a message from the owner of company DAN by saying that this is a third trip and now you have to pay 500£ and pay now before the final load can even be taken out of the truck.
Once I transferred the company the balance agreed amount and then he said still they will not do the work and I need to pay 150£ more write now if I need the job to get completed or the workers will simply put everything outside the house and leave . This cannot be called anything except blackmail. So I just told him sorry that I will not pay anything extra other than agreed amount.

And finally I had to pay the workers extra from my pocket as this owner supposedly called them and refused to pay them as well.

We just moved from Melbourne Florida to Fort Pierce Florida on February 24 2020. The two guys whom moved us were excellent very friendly and worked very hard and fast and packed everything so nothing got damaged with no break at all. They did a excellent job. They did damage the door frame bringing in the refrigerator something we will fix. This may have been due to the refrigerator being so large and very heavy. I am not blaming them at all. I would ask for them again if every needed movers again. Thank you for a stress free move professional movers.

Our two movers (brothers Wayne and Darren?) worked so hard all day, hardly stopping for a break. It was not an easy house to move out of but they were friendly cheerful and efficient throughout, we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Shannon and Jamie were brilliant, professional and helpful throughout the day, quick and efficient. Took the upmost care during the move with our possessions and just got on and put everything back together in the new house. They were also really friendly. Sam was also really helpful with communications - would definitely recommend. Thank you sky movers!

The two brothers, we had to do our removals were absolutely fantastic, they were extremely professional and were simply great to help us with our house move which is extremely stressful as it is. These guys were really had working and a great asset to sky removals. I have no hesitation to recommend sky removals to anyone. Thank you for everything.

We moved on 18th September. The 2 lads Jamie and Marcus were here first thing and got straight to it. I can't believe how much they got on the box van. They worked hard all day and were happy to take furniture anywhere we wanted. Very chatty and friendly. Thanks again lads. Highly recommended. 👍

Sky movers were great throughout my move, right from booking (and rebooking as my move got cancelled twice!). Grant and Wayne arrived on time this morning and couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. They made my move easy and were very careful with all my belongings. Thank you Grant and Wayne!

Having contacted Sky Movers and arranged for someone to come out to give me a quote, I received an e-mail agreeing to the said time. I waited in and 2 hours after the designated time when no-one had turned up, I phoned them. The man on the phone knew my name and said he would phone the office to find out why the person had not turned up and get back to me. A day later I am still waiting!
Sorry, not good enough. Never mind the good reviews I would not book you now.

I was recently relocating to Manchester and had booked skymovers for removal. To my horror they cancelled my booking just one day before the move date.
When I called them the next day this time another guy called Samir answered and he said somebody had double booked the vehicle(earlier they said vehicle met with accident).
I had to do last minute booking and pay extra amount. After I complained about this to Dan Samuels he said he would remedy the situation by giving the refund.
Thought about forgetting the issue if they had returned my deposit but till date they have not returned my deposit even after one month.
Can you guys suggest how to proceed on how to escalate the issue – also I wish their license gets cancelled.

Grant and Wayne who did our move were both friendly, professional, punctual, and reliable. They worked really hard all day to help us during what could have been a very stressful experience. With their professionalism and expertise we were moved within the expected time frame and all our furniture and household items were transported carefully and arrived at their destination in perfect condition. Thank you both so much for doing an excellent job! Would not hesitate to recommend you to others 🌟.

Great job & excellent service from start to finish. Grant who did my move both ways was punctual, hardworking & professional at all times, as was his colleague Wayne. Also Gary on the return move from storage. The sales team Sam & Dan also did an excellent job with communications. I would definitely recommend Sky Movers.

Grant and Tony from Skymovers were really great. They made our move from Nottingham to London really smooth.
They were very punctual, friendly and professional. All of our furniture was well packed in the van and in good condition.

Good value for money, especially compared to some quotes we received from others.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Sky Movers. They always called when they said they would and were on time on the day of the move. Grant and Wayne were friendly but professional, and were happy to work around me as I finished tying up loose ends when packing up the flat. They were patient while I hoovered the flat after everything else had been packed, and did a great job of moving everything into my new home. They worked very hard all day, and I was very pleased with my Sky Movers experience - thank you!

This was going to be a most distressful day. I knew it from the minute the booked removal service let me down with 24 hours notice. We found Skymovers in the yellow pages and they certainly pulled out all the stops to help. When they arrived it was all systems go. A very helpful, knowledgeable team who lifted, carried and moved boxes and furniture with no complaint. They even took my plant pots. 10 out of 10 service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very expert and efficient service, they gave us a 2 man team, arrived on time and completed the move swiftly with no issues at all. I would definitely use their service again!
