Skynet.com.my is indeed the WORST courier service provider I've ever experienced in my life, even for a LOCAL delivery. My parcel was picked up by Skynet from my Shipper on 11 Feb 2026 and it was then stuck in their warehouse or distribution centre since 15 Feb 2026.
Today is 19/2/2026 and my parcel is still stuck at the same warehouse without update on delivery status.
It's such a useless and hopeless service provider. Nobody should use their service even if it's offered free of charge, because it's costly to your business when they delay your shipment and can't even handle local delivery efficiently and quickly (e.g. within a week).

Worst courier service provider in Malaysia. I checked at the delivery details, the parcel arrived at skynet facility on 30.1.2026. I emailed to skynet on 4.2.2026 to enquire about my parcel but there's no reply. I made a phone call the following day and was told that they will deliver it tomorrow. Damned poor service.

This experience has been completely unacceptable.
To be very clear, this situation has nothing to do with someone at my apartment complex stealing my package. The issue is entirely due to SKYNET delivery driverâs actions. The driver marked my package as delivered and submitted a false delivery photo, even though the package was never actually delivered to me.
My apartment complex uses a Luxer locker system, and your driver failed to properly register the package as required. Because of this failure, there is no locker record and no way for apartment management to locate the corresponding video footage. Had the package been registered correctly, the delivery could have been easily verified. The companyâs failure to follow basic delivery procedures has made that impossible.
It has now been over a month, and I still do not have my package. I spent over $200 on an order from Pedro that was meant to be a birthday gift for my mother. I have received neither the item nor a refund, and no one has taken accountability for the driverâs misconduct.
I am being expected to absorb the loss for a delivery that was mishandled and falsely marked as completed. That is outrageous and unacceptable.
I will never recommend this company as a shipping provider and strongly advise businesses to reconsider using a delivery service that cannot ensure honest deliveries, proper documentation, or accountability when things go wrong.

I regrets using this shit skynet . Over two week and half that I returned my packages to the uk . Itâs still hasnât been sent and still here in Netherlands. How do I get my money back and when you call to they tell story. I donât recommend this shit company to any normal human being.
