So this is actually my second time leaving a Skynode review. I wrote one a long time ago, and this is based on my experiences since the last review. In the last review, I was greatly pleased by the Skynode team, and as of now, that hasn't changed one bit.

Whenever a problem arises, contacting the Skynode support team is always a peaceful experience. I haven't a worry in my heart that I'll be left hanging for long periods of time, be spoken to robotically, or be running around in circles trying to convey the problems to the person assisting me. They're truly a blessing to work with, and it's so refreshing compared to other companies.

Walson. Walson, Walson, Walson. Now, I don't remember who it was that helped me last time since it's been over half a year since I've needed to contact support, but it very well could have been Walson, because let me tell you. They were definitely just as awesome as the person that helped last time. If not, I also wouldn't be surprised, because honestly their whole team is just 10/10 amazing. Walson (and the last person at Skynode to assist me) is patient, helpful, chill, and just overall a breath of fresh air.

And to all the unseen faces behind the scenes, you people are just as awesome! Thank you for keeping things running smoothly. You can tell Skynode has efficient and effective intracompany communication simply by the amount of time it takes to go from being asked meaningful questions to solving the problem.

TL;DR: Skynode is a 10/10 server host that really has their stuff together 🤌

The Helper was very Clear with Their Instructions, and was straight to the point. good service! :D

I was able to get help i needed for setting up the server.

The service was quite good, and had definetly been the best I've tried. The servers were running at incredible speeds with barely any lag.

Good and fast support. Replied in less than 10 minutes.

I was having trouble with my server, the mods quickly discovered my issue and helped me solve it.

overall, it went by very quickly and the person helping me was polite and got things explained very well, I think he did a very good job

quick and easy, was able to help me set up my server a lot faster than hosting services ive used before.

Only issue is it took an hour and a half to actually get an agent. But when I did get an agent he was able to access, identify, and solve my issue within the hour (even after I broke more things than I should of lol)

I am a somewhat long time user of Skynode, but when I made a ticket on their Discord server, the staff members responded immediately to get my server port changed. I do recommend using Skynode for their servers have good specs and fast support.

I think skynode have the best support team. Eddie was very heplfull and fix my problem really quick.
