Volo in ritardo di 8 ore, all’inizio con sky refund non siamo riusciti ad avere un risarcimento, ma poi dopo una costante lotta siamo riusciti ad essere risarcì anche se è passato un anno e mezzo, ma va benissimo, tanto io ho dovuto solo dare i miei dati e quelli del volo poi hanno fatto tutto loro

I am not happy with the communication, on trust pilot you have said my claim is cancelled as I’m within my 14 days but you sent me an email saying the following :
What have we done already:
Our claims team ran an internal check on your flight.
We drafted the necessary claim documents and we have built a strong case for claiming your compensation.
Our team has submitted your compensation claim to easyJet UK.
Please could you send me an email confirming my cancellation and cancel my claim on you’re website - my claim number is 2006803
It was less than 12 hours when I asked to cancel and as stated before , I emailed and filled out an enquiry and all you done is respond to trust pilot and not my email or enquiry or update the website saying my claim is cancelled

I was unaware of their services and, frankly, was somewhat dubious of the efficacy of the service. Well, I couldn't have been more mistaken! After following the necessary instructions to complete my claim, SkyRefund kept me duly informed throughout the entire process (which took about 4 mos., be patient) and I eventually received a refund for part of my flight costs. Thanks to all at SkyRefund!

Used Skyrefund for the first time to claim compensation for delayed/cancelled flights. Process straight forward and kept you updated throughout the process. I received my payout next day once compensation offer received. Would recommend to anyone.

I submitted a claim with SkyRefund (Claim ID 1524320) after struggling to get compensation directly from the airline, thinking this would simplify the process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
After completing their forms, they requested photos of my and my co-passengers’ passports. This felt excessive and raised concerns for me about privacy and potential identity misuse, so I chose not to provide them and assumed they would not proceed with my case.
I then pursued the claim directly with the airline and was eventually able to secure compensation. However, it turns out that the airline paid my co-passengers’ compensation to SkyRefund. When I contacted them, they confirmed they had received compensation for my co-passengers but not for me (my case is still listed as pending).
They gave me two options: either wait until my portion is also paid, or proceed with receiving the co-passengers’ portion. I clearly communicated—multiple times via email and forms—that I would like to receive the co-passengers’ compensation now.
Since then, they have stopped responding entirely.
This has been extremely frustrating. Had I handled everything independently from the start, I likely would have received all compensation by now.
My advice: skip third-party services and file directly with the airline or the Department of Transportation. The airline is required to respond through official channels, and in my experience, that was far more effective. Communication with SkyRefund has been very difficult, as there is no reliable way to reach them beyond their online form, which in my case has gone unanswered.
At this point, it feels like my co-passengers’ compensation may be stuck indefinitely.
