Ndis provider review
We use Sky Staff for ongoing offshore support and currently have 6 team members supporting our operations. They’ve helped take consistent ownership of day-to-day back-office work, which has reduced pressure on our local team and improved turnaround times.
Communication has been responsive and the onboarding was straightforward. Like any offshore arrangement, it works best when tasks are clearly defined and you have a weekly cadence for handovers and reporting — once that was in place, performance became very consistent.
Overall, a solid option if you’re an NDIS provider looking for structured offshore support rather than ad-hoc VA help.
