Tasked with building an intranet as an Ops Manager at an IT Firm, big task so I hit Twitter asking my streams what to use and Emily from their Social Media team popped into my feed suggesting WordPress and we went for it. Great team and they even helped us pick and activate the Intranet plugin that best suited our company's needs.

Use them for all of my WordPress websites and build client sites with them too. Fast support and you can tell they put effort into their technology, all of the sites I spin up always run fast.

I've been hosting for decades and have been through my run of the mill when it comes to web hosting companies, overall I was always highly unimpressed with the level of bad service and complete disregard for customer service. I'm an entrepreneur in the tech industry but in a different one than hosting and if I ever provided a service as bad as some of the guys out there, I'd be out of business. Skystra is the web hosting that will put all of those guys out of business - their technology is some of the best out there and their customer service is something else. I think the people at the head of the operation did an amazing job finding a massive hole for quality service in the hosting industry, and they are giving everyone a run for their money. Anyone I talk to from their team blows me away with their professionalism, honesty and knowledge, they just picked a very, very competent team of guys and gals to run this shop - wish I could pick a few of them for my own business! In all honesty, hands down, this is the provider that has had my business for the last 3 years and writing a review for them is the least I could do, their team truly deserves it and all I can say is, watch them take over this whole industry one by one - when it comes to service, there isn't a single provider that comes close and that's that.

I purchased Web Hosting 1 day ago. I was reached out to by somebody called Melissa shortly after my migration had completed, I was then imminently banned. Apparently they didn't see their "services" as "fitting my needs". Given it is Shared Hosting, its a saturated market, and it is very simple, and easy Provider to Provider. There is nothing to not understand about it, furthermore I had a fully functional website and emailbox. I am not sure what her issue was, and she was evasive in answering that actually. If anybody from Skystra wants to reach out, give it 24 hours as I'll have to move my MX records, thanks to you!

Though I can't fault Marc, he was brilliant and handled migration flawlessly.

Insanely fast support, very transparent. I can't think of anything bad, these guys are just that good.

Skystra recommended that I write a review for them. So here it is: I'm more than satisfied with their service. Never had an issue and I've been with them for almost 6 months.
