GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Due to recent reviews and the Ferndale locations Google page disappearing, this is clearly a wider spread issue than just me. I contacted Skyview Ferndale on Sun 2/22 and scheduled a windshield replacement due to a large crack with Robert. 2/23 9:42am-10:45am they did the install. It took a few hours to see they did so very incorrectly, where audible wind noises were coming in, urethane all over the inside of my vehicle, and the outer moldings completely not attached. I called at 2:10pm the same day and Robert assured me they would fix it and that a tech would be on his way. They never arrived and we had to call to then schedule for next day. The "fix" on 2/24 was shocking - huge globs of urethane on the inside of my car, still one of the moldings completely not attached, and visible snow was seeping in on 2/25. I was told I needed to wait for a full cure so they could replace on Sat 2/28 between 11am-2pm. They never showed, so again we called and they said maybe Monday, but did not schedule a time or place. With huge impending rainstorms coming, we called back and asked for a full refund, as we did not trust them to show up OR complete the job fully correctly before the rains hit. We were told we would get a call from the main office for refund information. The call never came, despite voicemails left for Robert. We did a charge back request with our bank and have since been refunded. Now, 3/18 I awake to two large fraudulent charges for my account from Skyview Ann Arbor, who I have never had contact with. Whether this is a data breach or retaliation, I do not know but if you need windshields replaced or repaired, sincerely go anywhere else. And if you have ever done business with them, lock and change the card used immediately.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible, leaking window and nobody is fixing it!

Short Story:
My Girlfriends window is leaking after they replaced it, and the car is smelling horrible due to standing water.
They broke trim pieces while they did it.
I complained, and are sending me in circles without any attempt of fixing this. They are not picking up my calls anymore.
They will not give you a receipt until you annoy the hell out of them.
THERE IS NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS or office, the guy on the phone will only give you email addresses into nirvana. (If you google any of their addresses their is NO SHOP, they are all random addresses)
IT IS ALL JUST A BIG SCAM, at least their customer service.
Just go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

Long Story, If you have the time....
I have gotten mine and my Girlfriends windshield replaced due to rock chips.
On my car they have decided not to show up to the original appointment after calling them, they told me that my appointment was moved without notifying me. (I stayed home from work that day).
They then cam later and did my car and it was OK.

The real horror story was my Girlfriends Car.
It was cold and snowing that day so they asked if they could use my heated Garage to do the shop. (I did)
Car was done and I was letting the glue cure in the heated garage for a couple of days. After a couple of weeks my girlfriend realized a foul smell in the car. We realized that both passenger as well as driver side floor and padding was soaked in gross water.
We realized that the windshield was leaking. Called Skyview, they asked for an email, so we wrote an email.
Since 3 weeks I am calling multiple times a week trying to schedule the windshield replacement. Since then I have not received 1 call back or an email or any attempt to reach out to me to fix it.
I hear different excuses every time I call, "waiting for a new window", "window got broken we are waiting for a new one", "there are only Junior Techs available no senior", so on and so on....

Furthermore, did they break plastic trim pieces around the car that are now flopping in the wind on the interstate. (They didn't even care to glue it down or anything)
Another thing that is strange, I paid cash both times and both times because it was cheaper than card and they do NOT give you a receipt.
For my Car it took only a day or 2 to get it after i called but for my Girlfriends it took 2 weeks! Every time i called them I asked for a receipts.

what the internet has told me trying to figure out how to contact them:
CEO Amir Jerbi, and the guy on the phone John Robert. (But i think they just got so many complains that Amir names himself John now.)
All addresses are wrong, the only thing I found are from Tax records -> 336 W 1ST ST STE 113, FLINT, MI 48502.
Even their Indiana numbers connect to Michigan, so I think it is just 1 or 2 guys running this, and having a couple of cars running around. (maybe they are even external contractors doing the work.....)

Sumup:
I am deeply regretting my decision to go with this company. We have a car now that we can't drive in the rain and has to live in the garage. We have put hours of cleaning her car in and trying to get rid of that awful smell. Hoping that this negative review will motivate them to fix the windshield or refund me my money otherwise I will take them to a small claims court to get my money back.

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!! Less than a month after service, they fraudulently charged our credit card for almost $8000. Yes, $8k! The original expense was only $561. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! The group that serviced our car was out of Michigan.

Absolutely trash company

Absolutely trash company! Broke 3 appointments. Never called ahead to tell me they weren’t coming I had to call and ask where they were. Was told my windshield would be in by the end of the week and they’d call. I called a few times to check and each time was told the end of the next week. Finally gave up. Then got asked for this review LOL! So I called them to give them a chance to straighten it out and was told that I didn’t get an email that wasn’t us in a very rude way so I told him exactly ok then I’ll review your trash company exactly as it is and hung up. Then he proceeded to try and call me 4 times back to back and I said stop harassing me and he kept calling until I blocked him! DO NOT use this company. If this is all before the install imagine the warranty issues! Run from them! Run fast

Terrible customer service (still!!!)

Terrible customer service. Faulty repair job. They came out twice and wind is still blowing through the windshield. They will block your number and won't return calls. We've even messaged the owner directly. Beware of this"company." They have addresses but no physical presence at these addresses.

Since my review, they've never contacted me. I've even messaged the "CEO" directly. The company has responded to the review, claiming to make every effort to contact and communicate with customers. Before my initial review, I left many messages with someone who appears to be a dispatcher. That individual claimed that he would pass the info along to the owner. From there my calls have been blocked. Water is leaking inside my vehicle and the wind is howling through the windshield. WHY WON'T THEY CALL THEIR CUSTOMER???

Another month has gone by. Company has not contacted me to honor their "warranty." I've had to call from multiple numbers due to being blocked. All I'm told is "someone will call you." No one calls me. The company doesn't care about their faulty work.

My appointment was handled terribly and I felt misled the whole time. The service did not match what they told me and I left feeling frustrated. This was the worst experience I have had with any auto glass service
