Second time using skyway cars and service was brilliant. This was a taxi to Gatwick Airport from Essexand back again, the pick up from the arrivals was very efficient- they allowed for our delayed flight and simply asked me to confirm when we had got our bags- we walked through and they were there waiting for us. Already planing to book again for our next holiday
Our driver Mohammed Nasir was very polite and courteous, his vehicle was very clean and well presented.
The whole experience was perfect, from booking, competitive fare, communication, travel and drop off. Well done to the driver and the company for setting higher standards.
Another excellent and seamless transfer. What I love about this company is they are consistently polite with drivers of superb quality. I have and will continue to use them whenever possible to Heathrow, Stanstead, City and Gatwick airports. Thx
Had to make a slight change to the pick-up time, made it easy as to confirm times, a trip to the airport was uneventful and we arrived safely and ahead of time.
Used Skyways Cars going to and from Stansted airport....
We were going to Lanzarote and kept the journey a surprise for our children and the driver was great and kept it as a secret, even took it off the sat Nav so my son couldn't read it... The communication was very good as well... He picked us up in the middle of the night, he was polite and was chatty too. It was an enjoyable experience
I only gave a 2 star however because the driver picking us up from the airport to go home was not a very pleasant experience.... We gave plenty of messages once we landed, giving updates regarding going through customs and picking up the bag so that the driver did not wait at the short stay car park longer than needed as the airport charge you.
When we got home, he charged us £15 for the airport parking which I thought was very unfair after all the communication we gave him...
He was also quite erratic driving, he gave a lorry several beeps on the horn for not letting him out when our driver tried pushing through.

Our team conducted a thorough investigation into the matter and found that your taxi was indeed scheduled for 15:45, and your driver was punctually present at the airport by that time. The driver made consistent efforts to stay in contact with you, ensuring you were well-informed and at ease while waiting.
Regrettably, it appears that there was a lapse in communication as we received word from you at 17:40, which was two hours after your flight's arrival. Please understand that we provide a complimentary one-hour waiting period with each booking. However, given the additional waiting time, we normally apply a charge of £20 per hour. In this case, as a gesture of goodwill, we only billed you £15 for the extended waiting time.
We also wanted to express our commitment to your satisfaction by upgrading your transportation to an executive vehicle, surpassing the standard car that was initially booked. This choice was a testament to our dedication to ensuring a comfortable experience for all our valued customers.
Regarding the incident involving the lorry, we inquired with the driver who informed us that roadwork was ongoing and the lorry seemed to be intentionally obstructing traffic flow. The safety of our passengers, especially when accompanied by children, is our top priority. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort caused during this situation.

I wouldn't normally use a service like this so don't have much experience, but due to urgency of arriving at my destination I booked a car for pick up at Stansted Airport. Very easy to book online from abroad and I found the price very reasonable in comparison to paying for a multi-leg train journey which would have taken at least double the car time. The driver Nas was fantastic - professional, friendly and a pleasure to chat with. I would definitely recommend this company.
