I would not recommend this company at…
I would not recommend this company at all. They want to charge my family (4 travellers) nearly a £1000 just so we can seat together.
Also they will not give you the right number so you can log on to the airline and book your seats yourselves. Wish I had never booked with them the flights were expensive now they want to rip us off even more. It was supposed to have been a once in a lifetime holiday now it's just a nightmare.
In regards to your reply the e ticket and reference numbers you keep sending me don't work. I have contacted you 3 times informing you and showing screenshots of this.
Furthermore (£912), £57 per person per flight sounds excessive especially when their website states seat selections starts from £5. We are not asking for extra leg room or any specific seats just to seat together.

After investigating this matter, I can confirm that the agent quoted the seat selection cost based on the airline’s pricing. Please note that seat selection is an additional service, and airlines typically charge between £25 and £75 per flight per person, depending on the carrier. For itineraries with multiple flights (e.g., four flights per person), the total cost can exceed £200 per person.
Unfortunately, these charges are set by the airline and are beyond our control. We only apply a service fee of £75 for the services we provide to our clients.
Alternatively, you may contact the airline directly to check if any complimentary seats are available for pre-booking. This would need to be arranged with the airline.
Regarding your booking reference, the e-ticket issued includes both the airline reference and the Skywings reference. If you still need any assistance with your reference, please feel free to contact us at bookings@skywings.co.uk

I recently had the pleasure of contacting Skywing Airlines, and I can confidently say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The representative who assisted me, Kevin Hart, was absolutely outstanding.
From the very beginning of the call, Kevin was incredibly understanding, patient, and genuinely attentive to my situation. He took the time to listen carefully and made me feel valued as a customer, which is something that truly stands out. His knowledge was exceptional—he was able to answer all of my questions clearly and confidently, and he guided me through the process with ease.
What impressed me most was his professionalism combined with a warm and friendly attitude. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved smoothly, and he did so with such positivity and care. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and committed to delivering excellent service.
Skywing Airlines should be extremely proud to have someone like Kevin on their team. If this experience is anything to go by, the company clearly values customer satisfaction at the highest level.

No customer service available
Emailed 3 times. Tried calling 5 times. No one is there.
Emirates was offering full refunds on flights due to the war etc. So got in touch with these guys asap. No reply. Now the date of the flight has come and gone. That also meant £350 of seat selection could also not be refunded as Emirates explained unless SkyWings requested the refund, we could get nothing back.
At a time where we lost thousands due to no hotel refund, skywings have failed to get in touch and lost me £1,500 in flights. Disgusting.

Great experience with Danny
I have never had a great experience with any agent like Skywings. Danny was extremely professional, determined and displayed a high level of honesty.
He was very helpful all through the flight booking process from the beginning to the end.
His relentless effort is appreciated, even when there seemed to be no way and all roads seemed difficult and impossible,he was persistent until he was able to find me a flight.
He also processed a refund for me successfully, after I decided to cancel a booking with an airline.
His communication was exceptional and he didn't get fed up until he was able to find me a cheaper and affordable flight.
I was very impressed and I would highly recommend Skywings to anyone who wishes to book an affordable and cheap flight with a high class service.
