Very good and friendly staff. Always helps. Ive orderd maybe 5-6 times and never had issues. only once that it wasn't in stock but it solved quickly. only thing is delivery times if you order from original warehouse and that is understandble. if you order from eu-warehouse it is always 1-1.5 weeks depends where you live.

Have tried to contact them several times, but get no response. There are two emails you can contact, one is not active at all, which is reported that the email cannot be sent, the other I get no response from.

Haven't heard anything from them since I bought from them on December 4th. It's now December 13th.

I can't get a tracking number or just a message that it has been sent, and I get no response from them, so I thought it was pretty bad style, so unfortunately I can't encourage others to buy from this site, even though it all looked nice and reasonable on their website, and their Trustpilot comment.👎

Umiddelbart kan jeg ikke henvise eller opfordre til at købe fra denne side.

Har flere gange prøvet at kontakte dem, men får intet svar. Der er to mails man kan kontakte, den ene er slet ikke aktiv, som får besked på at mailen ikke kan sendes, den anden får jeg intet svar fra.

Har intet hørt fra dem siden jeg købte hos den d.4 december. Det er nu d.13 december.

Jeg kan ikke få et tracking nummer eller bare besked om at den er sendt, og får intet svar fra den, så syntes det er ret dårlig stil, så kan desværre ikke opfordre andre til at købe fra denne side, selv om det hele så fint og fornuftigt ud på deres hjemmeside, og deres trustpilot kommentar.👎

Lieferung kommt immer innerhalb des Zeitrahmens. Wenn mal Probleme auftreten wird umgehend nach einer Lösung seitens des Unternehmens gesucht.

Der Versand dauert zwar etwas aber ansonsten ist es sehr unkompliziert
