We're sorry to hear about your experience. Our mattresses are made to order and shipped directly from the factory, which is why they may feel a bit firmer than the ones in-store. This is why we say to try the mattress for a 30-day trial before facilitating any exchanges to ensure you've had enough time to adjust, and break in the brand-new made from factory mattress.

That being said, you've passed your 30-night trial and were still not happy with your mattress, so we have already started the process of facilitating you an exchange as per our Comfort Guarantee policy.
We hope your new mattress provides the comfort you're looking for!
