After reviewing your order, I see that you were originally given a lead time of 4-6 weeks, but there was a slight delay, and we delivered in the 7th week.
Ee deeply regret any inconvenience it caused and understand how important timely delivery is.

Regarding the mattress issue, we apologise for the mistake made when the incorrect product was delivered to you.

We are committed to making this right. To resolve the issue, we have already placed an order for the correct mattress and provided you with a temporary solution in the meantime.

Please know that your satisfaction is our priority, and we are doing everything possible to ensure this matter is resolved to your full satisfaction.
