I never received my order placed on Apr 4, 2026 & now their website says theyâre closed. I cannot even contact them for assistance.

Shipping takes a while
Shipping was slower than promised, but other than that the order came as promised, in adequate packaging.
Edit: Shipping time was almost a week (5 days) late, from the promised time. Order was placed on 14.2.2023, and arrived on 2.3.2023 at a local pickup point. The time on order confirmation said 6-11 days, although it was difficult to read, to the company using auto translations.

Faulty information/bad translations onâŠ
Faulty information/bad translations on the Finnish site. Thereâs no home delivery, even when it is mentioned on several places on the site. Itâs a street side delivery and this info is told first time on delivery confirmation. This is crucial information for a customer and needs to be very clear on every page, no matter what language version of the site it is. My sofa has now been sitting in DHL warehouse for a week âcause I have not found a company who would carry it for 10 meters indoors with reasonable costs.
