The setting up of the insurance policy was easy and straightforward. Currently there was no issues and it was excellent. However I don’t know how good it would be when having to claim.

Chat bot need to be upgraded
Chat bot need to be upgraded. Can't get the answer what i asking for before I purchase the policy. The windscreen repairs or replacement excess not published anywhere on the booklet. I can't go for the policy am not sure what is the excess fee. It could be £350 Compulsory excess. Small print can play again you when make a claim.

Check carefully all comparison site inputs are transferred
Needed to check carefully as some of the things entered in the comparison site hadn't been autofilled. Adding them increased my premium which was a shame but as tge options to include/exclude more elements of cover were clear I decided to stay with them because Allianz will be underwriting the policy from 1/1/27. I think the £40 one-off set up fee is steep when everything is entered by the policyholder and all they have to do is check their system doesn't flaf any discrepancies with the databases and confirm.
