As we communicated with you directly, our refund policy is clearly displayed in our FAQ section and states that refunds are not applicable if a customer has downloaded more than 3 designs. Upon reviewing your account, we found that you downloaded 61 designs before requesting a refund.

Despite this policy, we value our customers and always strive to go above and beyond. As an exception and gesture of goodwill, we processed a partial refund of $100 (USD) to your account, even though your usage fell outside our standard refund eligibility criteria.

We understand that our AI generator may not meet everyone's expectations, and we continuously work to improve our templates and AI capabilities based on user feedback. Your input helps us identify areas where we can enhance the user experience.

We appreciate your business and hope the partial refund demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction, even in exceptional circumstances.
