What a GREAT experience! My appointment was with Dr. Brokish. He was extremely easy to talk to. Professional and listened to what I had to say.
Asking if I had any other questions that he could answer. I never felt rushed or unheard. This provider replies promptly when I reach out with a question. I am so happy I found SlimDownRx & this provider. It is a incredible company that really cares to actually HELP people & NOT take advantage of them with high costs. This seemed to good to be true, but this time it really is true! What a gem!! You will not find better than SlimDownRx or Dr. Peter Brokish.

My initial meeting with Dr Hitchcock was excellent. I felt listened to, supported and looking forward to working with him and the SlimDownRX team going forward.

Dr. Hitchcock was friendly, attentive and courteous. I didn’t have a ton of questions, but he answered the few I did have. The session didn’t feel rushed. I really liked having an intake interview with an actual physician. A computer glitch on Dr. Hitchcock’s end resulted in finishing via phone. All good. Very pleased with this process.

Awesome experience today with Dr. Kyle English. Patient, caring, kind, knowledgeable and professional …what more can you ask for? He made me feel very comfortable and made the whole process feel like a non event. Usually “you get what you pay for” holds true… not in this case. Even though they are the lowest cost provider, the quality of service and responsiveness from the founder and CEO Dr. Brokish on Reddit, to the intake process with Jose and finally to the appt with Dr. English, everything was 5 star! Other providers like "Orderly" can take a page out of their customer service book. So impressed, I am signing up my mom for a consult and will also be send other friends their way. Now let’s hope their meds are just as great and effective!

Very nice video appointment with Dr. Hitchcock. He was informative and calm not rushed at all. It was very professional and he had an excellent demeanor. He had all pricing and dosing specifics and extensive knowledge of the pharmacy they use. It was well worth the time. SlimDownRX is on top of all things telehealth. Great experience, glad I gave this company a try.

He provided very clear information, and even suggested a small change in my request that might give me better results. I met with Dr. Hitchcock and we discussed my weight loss journey and ordering my Tirzepatide through them and Ousia Pharmacy. I had been taking the brand Mounjaro for several months, but my insurance didn't cover it and the shortage made it impossible to find. Dr. Hitchcock put me totally at ease and shared his experience using the compound. He was informative, answered all of my questions, and I liked him so much that I wish he could be my own PCP. I felt so supported and look forward to doing business with them.

The customer service team has been amazing (Jose and Jami). They helped me change my booking last minute without charges or making me feel bad leaving an open spot when they have a waiting list. My doctor, Dr. Janke, was great. Quick but through. The prices unbeatable. The meds (3 vials) came in looking great and cold still. Each dose has a different color cap, which is quite helpful. Amazing and friendly doctors, Quality product. I went online to get a tirzepatide prescription. Met online with the doctor and the pharmacy had the medication shipped out in about a week. I would highly recommend them and have lost a lot of weight with them.
