Ordering and shipment very quick thank you

Fantastic experience with The Slipper Shop, fast dispatch & speedy delivery,great service from start to finish!!

I ordered slippers and returned them as they did not fit. I paid £28-44, slippers cost £24-49 and delivery £3-95.
I expected to pay £3-50 for the return but was also deducted £3-95?
Why have I paid £3-95 twice? They say they do not refund delivery charges which is unfair.
I have complained to the company and got nowhere. I shall not use this company again.

Absolutely shambolic do not shop using this website they will steal your money and send you an empty parcel and not even communicate back with you. They have accused me of lying saying my parcel is with me when it isn't they apparently done an investigation which is a guy sat behind a screen making assumptions about what he thinks has happened. Absolute thieves avoid at all costs. It's been days and nobody is getting back to me I've called many times and you rarely get through to an actual human who just promises a call back that never comes. I want my money back the company is refusing to give it. SCAM

I received my order on the day I wanted and everything was in order.

Order arrived promptly and was well packed. Nice range and quality of products.

Good choice and value with quick delivery, I particularly liked the option to have any unnecessary plastic packaging removed.

My slippers never arrived & after several emails asking them to refund me & pursue the matter with the Royal Mail they have completed ignored my subsequent 7 emails and have NOT REFUNDED ME.
I have tried calling their phone number but as far as I can work out you simply cannot speak to anyone at the SlipperShop - just listen to 100's of automated messages - none of which relate to my problem. Can anyone help me here?

Ordered two pairs of slippers and neither fir. Trying to return but despite filling out the form and emailing three times they have not responded. I am 86 years old and finding this all very upsetting
