Site just keeps getting better and better. Direct speedy payouts. Getting all the slips graded same night/ overnight. Fewer tech glitches. They just started a feature to show you the percent of bets on each side. Some compatibility issues using your iPhone is the easiest. I use MacBook sometimes and things are not as smooth. My tip is to pay for whale status, much easier to make money at 3.75% fees than 7.5% or 15% fees. Also the direct quick payouts make winning get rewarded quickly.

Very unsatisfactory response to an ACH payout. Account is fully verified. I have a paid membership also. I will not be playing any longer.

I have been trying to get a payout for months now and have cancelled and retried and still nothing, my identity has been verified and all green checkmarks and I cannot get any where with the emails to customer service, we need to sue them or something! I got an iPhone and everything still isn’t working, so what do I need to do now!!?

March 5 update: I just emailed you guys what you asked for so let’s see if you do what you are supposed to or if you still got me on spin cycle

I recieved the check for 100 finally and I am waiting for it to clear on my mobile bank app, we will know Friday and I’ll for sure keep you posted!

the checks actually cleared and everything went smooth., Im currently on the free membership version of slips, got one hundred dollar check and it has cleared, it took some time and communication but it actually paid out, I have more money on there and am gonna keep you updated on the developments regarding receiving the rest but I’ve put in for another payout and it’s processing so let’s hope they keep up the good work, Im changing thier stars to reflect the current situation! I hope this is helpful for you all out there that thinks this place is a scam because it turns out that it isn’t!

Amazing expierence since I signed up for the player tier membership, I’ve had no problems with receiving my payouts via check and they are on it since I did that and they have great player promotions and tons of bonus money so I don’t understand why people aren’t figuring out how to use this app successfully, just takes a little patience and effort like all things with life! I only wish the payout were faster but other than that I love the expierence!

I’ll give credit where credit is due they seem to have figured out their ach issues and I was able to cashout fairly painlessly this time if this keeps being the new normal my ratings will also continue to improve this is a good step

It’s fun betting than when you try to cash out it won’t send you the verification code tried for the past 5-6 days straight to get an answer they said they would contact me in 2 days it’s been 5 no sign of being able to get the money I won and if it’s player VS Player than there should be no reason why I don’t get paid..I did some calculations and some of the payouts they’re banking well over a thousand a game and how many games are there???? A Sh*tload so WHY IS EVERYONE HAVING TO WAIT FOR THEIR PAYOUT?? You scamming people? It seems like you are..it’s messed up I did a lot just to get paid and ordered a subscription and still I get treated like a wet dog on a rainy day. KARMA IS a B*tch and if your lying karma will make you it’s b*tch believe that 110%.. so what will it be lying ignorances and child’s play with 99problemd from karma cause you created 1 or being a man and paying everyone who has won like a legit company does.

It doesn’t take that long to verify an email especially when you accepted it on sign in. Just want my money so i can delete this app.

Everyone viewing this, please continue to spam report them to the BBB for fraudulent activity and scamming. They are refusing to pay people, and they will not get away with it much longer. Report the founder, Jess Richman, on LinkedIn, as well as slips on LinkedIn. Report his site jessrichman.com and his email if you guys need it is Jess/jessrichman.com. Let's all file a class action against him and the other 9 employees he has. Since no one likes to respond they like to use an AI bot for responses, let’s see how they’ll like to respond to our lawsuits.

I have been waiting over a month to receive my payout .. I haven’t gotten a cent from this app but they have taken money from me. I even paid for a membership and put money into my account. I was referred to this app by KashKick so I really thought is was legitimate and this has been the worst experience I have ever been through when it comes to any app. I see some people say they have received at least one payment but I swear those are people paid by slips to say that just to help slips star ratings .. I have email Them 20 to 30 times and they don’t even respond at all .. no AI generated response, nothing! I swear ima be the first to sign up to any class action because this is some bull.. my ACH transfer has been processing for weeks now .. and I called my bank to see if there is anything pending and they told me “NO”. I really have no more words for these scammers. My birthday is march 3rd and if my ACH transfer doesn’t hit my account by then I’m going to my bank to dispute the charges and I’m going to just wait for the lawsuit!

I’d like all of us to file BBB complaints and State Attorney General against this company for Consumer Fraud + Deceptive Business Practices. Processing and Issuance timelines are defined. They misrepresent that funds are cashable when they are not. There are hundreds of users experiencing this problem with no customer support. This social betting platform needs to be taken down and served with action. I am building a suit against them, please contact me if you would like to be apart of it.

I have been waiting for payouts since November. I have sent emails multiple times. The first email they replied back and within a week I had the 2 smallest ones out of the 5 payouts. The app is fast at putting your winnings on your payments on the app. To verify it took almost a month. I went and purchased the subscription for ach payments and it isn’t even on option as advertised. I would not recommend this app to anyone anymore. I wouldn’t be surprised if your identity doesn’t get stolen eventually!

I would give negative stars if I could. do not spend any money on this site because you will never see your winnings. they have had me in a "payouts resume" lock out for awhile now and 3 times now they have extended it another month. they do not respond to emails unless its just a generic response in regards to nothing you asked about. this site needs to be shut down. what they are doing cannot be legal.

I have emailed this company at least 7 times over the past 8 months regarding my payout. Nobody ever responds. I paid a premium membership....doesn't matter. They reply to bad reviews on trust pilot but don't respind to emails. I've been missing my payout that was supposed to be received 7 months ago. I am going to sue them over this.

Never thought I’d be here rating this app a 5 star, but I feel obligated with the way they’ve turned it around since December. Prior to December I had been waiting 4 months for a redemption, then they released the ACH payouts and they process each one in no more than 3 days. They give so many codes for $100 I encourage anyone having issues to sign up for the $10 membership and use the ACH payout redemption, i believe every company deserves a fair chance and slips has shown they are trying to improve and have improved.

Had no issues before withdrawing my winnings until the end of 2025. Now im waiting on over $250. They are so fast to take your money, but when it comes to pay out forget about it. Don't waste your time on this scam site, actions should be taken against them.

*Update* 2/19/2026 - I've been reaching out through email the past 2 month's this reply Slips has posted is irrelevant, specially since I'm still waiting for a reply from the last email I sent. Don't let their reply to this change your mind, there customer service is terrible.

Its been since september and still havent recieved my check in the mail. I got two copy and paste standard emails from them. And it was them avoiding answering my complaint. They are total scams i would not waste your hard earn money on this app. Only to get your bubble burst once you realize you will not ever see that money!

This app slip is a joke no customer support can't contact no one if they respond your lucky they emailed back 2 dif times but never answer? That I had of solved my issue it's bs. I would avoid this app if possible think before depositing money

The problem I have was slipped is what most people have. They will not send you your money. It sits there forever and ever and ever and they do not send you a check. They also respond to your emails with the same standard answer and it’s ridiculous.

Scam. Makes withdrawing winings difficult if at all possible . Not transparent with what they offer and how they do things

Like everyone else says the payout is terrible i think they should just drop the app because it’s wrong on what you have to go through you win and they doesn’t want to payout your winnings which is not right I do not recommend anyone to this app it’s bad have a nice day My payout been saying processing for the longest

They refuse to respond to costumer service emails and I had like $300 in my balance and now I have $100 i swear they literally stole my balance
