Worst customer support EVER.

This app used to be fantastic. Over the last couple months they started changing the verification process in order to cash out. I cannot get my drivers license to pass their verification system. I upload a new copy of it and wait two or three days just for it to say failed again. I have sent 10+ emails to support and not a single one of them has been responded to. I have money locked up in there that I cannot withdraw and nobody will respond to me. They don’t have a customer service number Listed anywhere either so I don’t know what to do. They will happily allow you to deposit all the money you want, but when you go to cash out, good luck.

good luck ever getting a payout. slips uses every tactic in the book to avoid paying you out. Seriously. And if you are fortunate enough to get verified by their intentionally broken KYC process you have to wait 2 weeks for a paper check.....in 2025. oh, but you can deposit via paypal, debit card, and other familiar/normal methods. that should tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about this company. Unethical, misleading, intentionally difficult, tricksters who will block you from ever getting a payout and after months when they have no other obstacles to throw your way? yep, they ignore you. classic. There's way too much competition in this space to bother with a POS sportsbook like this anyway. My advice? take the $100 free bets, don't deposit a SINGLE dollar and then request a payout for ANYTHING you make off those free bets. run this shit hole company in to the ground. They're scamming assholes who present themselves as legit. worst of the worst. I bet they're not around 1 year from now. can't imagine anyone would use them and then keep using them.

Do not play will not pay no support at all

Absolutely terrible I’ve been trying to withdraw for two months. Finally, I get verified after two weeks of trying then I get tricked into Depositing my wood drawings to try to double it by pressing the wrong Won’t button I I concede and play through proceed to double and now can’t withdraw it at all, no response from any of their support

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER DEPOSIT YOUR OWN MONEY

It’s not a terrible idea for an app, and it most definitely has potential. But I have a few issues. First off the app user interface looks modern and well put together, but it is a pain to navigate and it is annoyingly slow to load the main page sometimes. Even when I am sitting in my house in arms reach of my router. Then there is the more pressing issue which for me started with them advertising a deposit $10
And receive $100 free in bonus bets/credits. You see it advertised everywhere, when you’re on the app it is a little banner that hangs right below your balance and says” 💞 Get $100 Hurry While it lasts” when you click it, it again says deposit $10 and get $100 bonus credits. So that what i did i deposited $10 plus the deposit fee only because of the offer. Well of course i didn’t receive the advertised bonus credits. Then to make matters worse, i have now sent three different emails in the last 7-10 days regarding this. Not one single time have i received a response from any customer support or anyone from the app to try to rectify the issue. I was just completely ignored while i still receive ads and promos about the same offer I completed but didn't get credited for. If you read the app store reviews you see the exact same thing over and over, along with people never receiving their funds. Do your self a favor if you are gonna use the app NEVER deposit a dollar of your own money.

Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful! I've been trying for awhile to get my identity verified so I could cash out..I was able to cash out once without having to verify my identity and then after that I couldn't! I've emailed numerous times and had someone reply asking for my email and phone number associated with my account and weeks later I still haven't heard anything and it still says pending. Slips is fun but trying to get verified so you can actually get a payout is the worst. I've stopped using Slips until I can actually have my identity.
Update 9/14/2025- I decided to randomly check to see if they finally confirmed my identity and to my surprise my identity was finally verified! And I was able to request a payout. I did get one payout before all the hassle of the identity verification and I had no issues. I used mobile deposit. I still think customer service is awful and needs alot of work. But now that my identity has been verified and if I actually get this check in 2 weeks and have no issues depositing this check I'll change my rating to 5 stars..
9/26/2025 Haven't received my check..my first check came in like 6 days..and this time it's been about 12 days and it still hasn't came. When you request a payout it says it takes 14 days and that if it doesn't come within that time frame to contact support but I already know that won't do me any good because the customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with!! I don't understand how my first check came so fast and now it's been close to 14 days and nothing. Now its been 3 weeks and no check has came and of course customer service said they would look into like a week ago and still haven't heard back from them! I wouldn't recommend Slips..there's other apps/websites that are better.

Do Not Use – App Withholds Winnings and Ignores Support Requests

I won $175.37 on the Slips app and was never able to cash out. I contacted their support team multiple times and got no response. To see if it was a system issue, I even added another $10 (plus a $2.50 processing fee), bringing my total to $185.37 — but I still couldn’t withdraw anything.

The app keeps asking me to verify my SSN, ID, address, and other personal info, even though I already completed all verification steps. Everything shows as verified, yet I’m still locked out of withdrawing my money.

There’s no real customer support, and it feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to avoid this app.

👉 Please report them to the Federal Trade Commission

Until they return user funds and fix their support, stay away.

Do not trust Slips

I paid to deposit. I won. Slips made me wait 30 days to cash out. When I finally did they sent me a BAD CHECK! Are you serious right now. Don't ever trust them with your money. I could have gone to JAIL!

Paid me nothing. Support ignored every time

I should have trusted my gut..I’ve waited 13 days since my July 1st bets (Reds vs Red Sox, Tigers vs Nationals, Phillies vs Padres) ended, and Slips still hasn’t paid me my winnings. These were individual wagers..no parlays, on three different tickets. All three hit perfectly. Yet Slips refuses to pay out.

I’ve emailed them three separate times. Each reply was the exact same generic, copy-pasted fluff about “potential delays due to weather or data feeds.” Wrong. These games ended, data was updated publicly, and there were no issues reported anywhere..and definitely not to me. It’s been radio silence on resolving my money. It’s painfully obvious they’re dodging accountability.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I gave them a chance to escalate my case. But this is beyond amateur. I’m done trusting them, and I’m doing everything in my power to warn others that this is not a reliable platform: money-in does not equal money-out.

I would give a better rating if the bets was worth something let me tell what I see right now for bets. Carolina Hurricanes and Washington Capitals , so win or loose you do not come to the good bet $10 then you are charged $1.50 for fees if you win you only win $10 . Now that mess makes no sense I thought with betting if you win you should come out to the good but you do not here . Now I have won a Little over $200 but it's all been from promo codes that gave me free cash to play . But each check I have got I have always made sure I never withdrew over $20 or $30 . I got $48 more free cash to plY and once gone I think I will be deleting my account

They are legit just mobile deposit BOA

I came up here and read comments and was scared. But me being me I went ahead anyway. I’ve gotten 2 checks so far. I went to Bank of America and they told me something wasn’t right with check. So I talked to the branch manager he told me to do mobile deposit cause sometimes the banks don’t have all the research to do everything. So he said if I did mobile headquarters can find out. So I took picture of check to do mobile deposit and it went through with in 1 day. So they are legit and Bank of America is there bank. Only problem is I’ve won over 3,000 but only able to cashout 310.00. Like I’m only getting 10% of winnings

All you guys gotta do it go to bank of America they cash the check it's issued from the bank write on the check I've cashed one already but the customer service on this site does suck but the check does cash at the bank of America. I requested a 2nd and 3rd check neither has come !!!
But As long as I get my checks every 14 days as I request it I'll be fine with this site but also I can't use my bonus points from the Website I don't have a iPhone so I can't download the app but from a android and using the sites .com I can't use my bonus points at all ??

Checks won't cash

Much like everyone else's problem, I receive a check that I am unable to cash. My bank says it is an issue with the check provider, AKA Slips, which I trust seeing it's an issue with everyone. Hopefully this company makes it right or gets sued/shut down.

I have put in for 3 payouts now and got


I have put in for 3 payouts now and got the first one and the third one but never received the 2nd. Was able to cash the other 2 alright but like I said never received my 2nd one and have sent several emails but the only response I get is a automated one and I has referred several friends and family and am now regretting that although most of them due to seeing the responses in my emails and not getting my second payout is no longer using it. I use to make deposits to play here and played here quite a bit but no more and won't make a deposit unless I get a response along with my second payout
