Very happy with everything customer communication was very good when I had an inquiry about the order

Arrived in great time

Awful experience! We ordered a blended palette, but after waiting 15 days for delivery, they sent bricks that were all basically the same colour. Despite providing multiple photos clearly showing the issue, the seller refused to acknowledge the mistake, insisting there was some "variation." There were no light browns, no reddish tones, and no darker shades—just orange. The seller even ridiculously claimed a difference between two bricks, one of which was "50% light orange" and "51% light orange." Unbelievable. I'll update this review depending on how things proceed.

what a lot of crock.
ordered samples from this outfit for my extension.
even received confirmation of my order and a request for a review of there product and service provided
but only to be told after 8 days waiting for it that my order was cancelled.
utterly pathetic and untrustworthy as far as i am concerned.
but than again more than likely that had a lucky escape all things considered

Ordered slips from this company when you click buy they automatically add a carriage charge prior this there is no mention of it ok carriage isn’t free !
When they arrived a lot of the bricks were smashed , the driver said this was normal and their yard had lots of them which had been returned we obviously refused delivery and contacted the company
To say they were unhelpful would be an understatement after a couple of days I spoke to a “ supervisor “ who was equally unhelpful and just kept saying read the terms and conditions! Anyway long story short they said there looked to be only about 4% damages obviously their eyesight and numeracy skills were on a par with their customer service skills ! They then said they would not be refunding the £60.00 carriage which then grew to £82.00!
I emailed to ask what exactly they hadn’t refunded and as yet haven’t received a reply so I’ve had no choice but to go to trading standards
Be very wary of this company they also trade under other names
I did find another supplier who supplied the same slips equal price and guess what they arrived fully intact !

Large percentage arrived broken, company agreed to replace but only replaced a portion, resulting in further delays/cost. Went confronted about this they claimed I had never mentioned most of the breakage (despite email and photographic proof other wise), lied to me, slow to respond and barely even apologised. The worst customer service I have ever received, from anyone. Product was good when eventually provided but customer service was awful, go elsewhere for peace of mind.

Great! Super quick delivery and really happy with how it looks.

Hi,I recently purchased some slip bricks and subsequently some injectable mortar all of which was delt with in a very satisfactory manner. However I was disappointed upon checking my credit card statement that whilst the purchase price advised was circa £106 l was charged circa £112 ! When I make a purchase using my credit card l expect to pay the agreed price and not an increased amount without my authorisation, you seem to be using my credit card without my agreement. I would be interested in your response. The project however has gone well but ended up paying £112 for two bags of mortar and managed with just one !

The product is excellent, just as expected from the images on the website. It’s good quality too. Some of the slips has cracked in transit but they were replaced quickly. Great customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Never will I ever use these people again.
I had a delivery from them yesterday, the driver said to me that he was sorry but another pallet had fallen on top of mine and broken some of the slips. We counted the broken slips and both signed the delivery note saying damaged goods and put the number of broken slips on the sheet. I phoned the company today and they were absolutely terrible. It gets worse, we sent emails back and forth, with no joy for me. 1/10. Enough said. Ian Carline.

Samples were fantastic. Been waiting on my actual order for around 2 weeks now though so not the best at all.

They were really good bricks came when said and looked great on wall

Extremely expensive shipping and unnecessarily came on a pallet through separate haulage firm.
Items were damaged on arrival (poorly packaged). Replacement items sent and these came through a different courier (at no cost) but also damaged so gave up in the end. Shame as the sample orders were brilliantly presented and products are great quality.

*Edited after response from company* Do you mean the small tick box that says you’ve read the terms and conditions? So to be clear, where exactly when ordering does it stipulate that you don’t ship to Northern Ireland and why did my order even go through?
Did not receive my samples then received an email to say they didn’t ship to my area. I’ve got several emails since asking me how I’m enjoying my samples and asking if I would like to put in an order…funnily enough I’m not enjoying the samples you cancelled on me and I can’t place an order for the same reason! Why let me order in the first place?
