There is a lot to like about this casino compared to most of the other online casinos, however, there are a few similarities. I'll start off by saying what is great about Slotastic. They have integrity! I can't tell you how many times I've dealt with a couple of the other major competitors and it seems like all they want to do is take your money but the moment you want to make it withdrawal then they find every reason they can to either deny it or invalidate your winnings by quoting some rule in their 20 pages of terms and conditions. Also slotastic has the best tournament rules I've ever seen. Most of their competitors will not let you do back-to-back tournaments. Most of the other competitors only allow you to use money that you deposited directly. Those casinos do not let you use any money you get from their cash back program or comp money and they definitely don't let you use any winnings from the tournament to be used in another tournament. Here, they let you use any winnings to enter a different tournament or you can just cash out directly and their rules for the tournaments I believe only have three items to follow where the other casinos have paragraphs and paragraphs of ridiculous rules. Also they have a really great cash back program. The only thing is is they don't seem to tell you how to use it I accidentally stumbled across it when their BOT system let me know I had almost $80 available to me in cashback and now I've learned to ask the BOT weekly how much cashback I have. The few areas that I'd love to see Improvement are what other people had stated. Their playthrough on bonuses is almost always 30x-60x. I mean come on guys you have an offer if we deposit $50 you match it with say $75 and now we have to hope we keep winning and winning to get to nearly $2,300 and that's just on the 30 times. It would be nice to see a few bonuses especially for players who play frequently to be offered at minimum a 20 times but some 10 times would be awesome. And lastly I don't understand why you do not allow us to deposit or play while we have a pending withdrawal. Well actually I do understand the hopes is that we will cancel our withdrawal so we can continue to play but sadly I think you guys lose out in the long run because if I have a pending withdrawal I just go to a different Casino and give them my money until you guys have cleared my withdrawal. But thank you at least for being a very ethical company I've never once had any issues with the kind of BS I've had to deal with from some of the others.

To be fair. Compared to other sites with the same software, the fact slotastic has missions which add extra spins or cash for points puts it ahead by 33.3%. Only thing i could suggest for improvement would be approach a different provider for variety.
