My daughter loves it
My daughter absolutely loved it. I'm currently in hospital so I sent it to her to cheer her up. She cuddles it all the time. Would buy again.

Poor service
I messaged 1 minute after submitting the order to request a change to the delivery address. I have received no reply and no sloth either.

Thank you so much for your order and I do apologise for the delay. Firstly I can confirm we have corrected your address and this was the address used for dispatch, apologies as it doesn't appear our email confirming this was received.
