Scam i got sent a text from them saying i got 10 free spins so i login and the game doesnt even exsist

I previously gave 3 star. I take them all back and I would give minus if I could. They only got this 1 star simply so I could leave review. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE of a site!!!!

Disappointing.

I’ve always found this to be a good site, with a good selection of games, and good live chat support, but their current withdrawal timescales, coupled with their absolute refusal to give any timescales when contacting them, is extremely frustrating. I’m constantly advised that they’ve “requested this be processed urgently” or “escalated the matter”, which is clearly a lie designed to get people off of chat as none of these so-called escalations have had any effect whatsoever. Chat staff are very vague using words like “soon” and “being processed”, but when you ask what their definition of “soon” is, they just say they can’t give any timescale, which is frustrating.

Had they said from the off that there were withdrawal delays due to high volumes and withdrawals were taking up to however many days, this would have been understandable, but the lying about escalating, refusal to give timescales, and just generally leaving customers in limbo is really poor customer service and has put me off using this casino going forwards, which is a shame as if they had just been transparent about the issues this could have all been prevented.

I’ve been waiting 3 days so far for my withdrawal, 3x theor advertised maximum timescale, and I’m absolutely fed up now

Absolutely terrible I had a bonus won money and they decided to cancel it for no reason then told me I received it 2 days ago and it had expired that was lies the advisors are rude and will not help but there happy to take your money from you would not recommend playing on this site at all one of the worst casino sites going around!!!

This is the second time now I have made a withdrawal and been told I haven’t verified even though I’ve played for over a year and verified many times, I have sent all the right documentation and got ignored, now I am being ignored again when trying to withdraw. The site is good other than there withdrawal issues, I will change my review once this has been resolved. Update : I have now been emailing back and fourth with support all week, I have provided the requested documents multiple times and I always get the same response asking for more documents. Summary is do not play here as soon as you get a decent win they’ll hit you with 100 kyc verifications even after verifying you before, and even when you send the documents they ask they’ll ignore you and ask for the documents again.

Now im not going to slate chat or say these people dont pay out as i have recieved every withdrawal but dont believe a word they say about "fast withdrawals" or "aim to have it processed within 24hrs"

Last week my withdrawal took 76hours (thats with me having to verify) and now that im fully verified my next withdrawal is taking even longer. 100 hours and counting now. Been told several times that there is no issue with it and it'll be with me "soon". Yet they cant define "soon", so you dont know whether it'll be processed in 1 day, 5 days, a week, a month or a year!

Its unfortunate because other than that the site is good, with great games. The chat support do take a while to respond sometimes and are always friendly but it gets a bit tiring hearing the same generic script from them when trying to assertain when you will get your withdrawal processed

I shall update this with exactly how long this withdrawal took once its processed

Edit: 101 hours, now processed and in my bank 5mins after processing. See, you do get it but it takes an age. I'll up my 1 star to 2 stars, just because im happy i finally got it and because the games are good/chat team polite and as helpful as they can be

Withdrawal day 4 doesn’t seem like it’s happening does it reviews are real it seems I’m all verified aswell no bonus so no reason to not pay out

All these reviews saying they don't payout etc are fake or haven't read bonus terms properly. Been playing slotmonster for months now and not one issue on deposit or withdrawal, takes a few days but you definitely do get paid out.

Bar slecht. Ik heb meerdere accounts op online casino’s maar slotsmonsters doet ALLES eraan om NIET uit te betalen. Ik ben 2 weken bezig geweest voor 65 euro en heb het losgelaten. Zeker niet te vergelijken met andere!
