Awesome games

I've been playing here for years and they are one of my 3 favorite online places for slots. The rewards program is wonderful and so are the bonuses and the VIP ladder is easy to climb

This is an update on my last review. Also SKRAH is me but had issues with doing my review from google like my last review. I reached out to chat like I was told to do regarding getting my account enabled after it was disabled and after a series of questions my account was permanently closed! And I was told that slots lv is looking out for my best interest by closing my account because of the statement that I made about draining my account by repeatedly depositing there! First it was a figure of speech,I was implying that I made a whole lot of deposits. Secondly I don’t let anything drain my account if it’s not for bills. The real reason I made the statement was because I had made so many deposits without getting any compensation and at that point I was just tired of being told no! So I figured if I say that I drained my account that maybe they’ll have a little compassion and grant me compensation that I rightly deserved! Boy was I wrong lol. The worst part about it was along with me being a long time player of 10 years and 10,000,000 point level Diamond flurry highest level I was never invited to platinum paradise level and when I would bring it up it was just ignored! And to add insult to injury I had scratch cards that I paid for and they were forfeited along with closing my account! So they were looking out for my best interest right? But of course they made sure that they claimed every deposit that I made during the account closure though! But at the sane time they wasn’t even decent enough to let me play my scratch cards first before closing my account! And that’s considered fair! They were very dismissive on chat and stated that that is the decision and it will not change! They did me a favor outside of cheating me out of my scratch cards and me constantly losing on there for a long period of time! At least now I can no longer can play there and just gain losses all of the time while being patronized by chat when asking to be awarded for my loyalty! Because to put it frankly I wasn’t getting much out of playing there anyway! Just donating money! And when I stated that I was going to file a lawsuit with the gaming commission they gave me the web address without any hesitation knowing that they are an off shore unregulated casino! Therefore my chances of getting anything is slim to none! They sure played me in the end! After getting deposits from me for 10 years. And yes I had some withdrawals but not even close to what I lost! But all is well and ends well! Anyone who still play on slots lv good luck! Your going to need it! (After reading slots lv response it’s nice to know that they are following guidelines and using responsible gambling practices when closing accounts. How moralistic of them! How about using that same moralistic approach when it comes to having true and fair RNG- random number generators in your games and also with the RTP- Return to player! How about that! Try being ethical when it comes to that. And from the looks of things on here and the forum I wasn’t the only player who felt that way! Actually I was one of many!

Account is disabled for 72 hours while I was in the middle of communicating with chat regarding a free cash bonus! Apparently it’s because of a statement that I made regarding depositing on slots lv has drained my bank account. First it was a figure of speech implying that I’ve made many many deposits! Supposedly it’s because of them looking out for my best interest because of the comment. Which I didn’t even think they cared that much! But their not looking out for my best interest when I’ve gained sufficient losses and can’t get any reward for my long time loyalty and constant deposits tbat I’ve deposited in to their casino. And the worst part is they disabled my account while I still had scratch cards to play that I paid for with my own money! This also happened during this weekend which is my weekend off from work. Even after reaching out to service@slots lv to explain the situation nothing was done to rectify the situation! I am in shock and total disbelief about this! After 10 years of loyalty! Just WOW!

When I first started playing here I was a little skeptical because I didn’t recognize many of the games. I’m glad I didn’t give up on slots.lv because a lot of these different games I wanted to are actually really good! Not to mention, since I first signed up, they’ve added tons more games and more providers!

Rewards on slots are pretty good too! We get monthly rewards and points just for our play, that we can convert into money, free spins or other discounts.

They’ve also got a discord account that hosts trivia/quizzes weekly. Prizes start at $100. I’ve actually won a handful of times! Lots of fun

I recommend giving slots.lv a shot! Deposits and withdrawals are super quick! And various methods of depositing!

First I’d like to say that slots lv needs to seriously re evaluate their decisions when it comes to promotions! I can’t help but wonder who it was on the slots lv team that thought it was a great idea to not give any free cash bonuses, cash back or anything else on that level to loyal long time players! Those are called perks/incentives put in place to keep players playing in their casino and not run somewhere else! After countless deposits totaling at least over 1000 dollars over a period of a short time I kept getting denied a free cash bonus! When I finally received one it was a measly 20.00 dollars with an huge 60x playthrough. And I had to ask for one a ridiculous number of times before it was granted to me! The RTP is about 20% to 30% so you’re losing much more than your winning. If your not breaking even or getting ahead then basically your setting yourself up for failure! How am I supposed to trust an online casino that doesn’t even care enough to compensate my account fairly when not only am I a player of ten years but I deposit in a regular way more than I should! And I have over 10,000,000 million lifetime points and still have not got invited to platinum paradise level! And the scratch cards are totally a joke because you never get anything sufficient let alone win anything from them! Then I ask myself why am I even wasting my hard earned money and time by continuing to play here! Thinking that things will get better but it very rarely do! I would love to leave a better review! Update to my review: First I want to say I reached out to slots lv as I was told to do in their response to my review and as usual nothing was done to assist me. After losing at least 1000 dollars in deposits I’m still being told that there’s no free cash bonus available! And I’m still just getting 10.00 dollars in scratch cards! Thanks a lot for NOTHING!

This is my first time writing a review on here. Whatever you do STAY AWAY!!!! I am a new user and spent $150 only for it to be taken away in 2 hours of playing with NO WINS!!!! I got free spins only 2x on different slots one payed $0.05 cents for the entire free slots and the other was not much better. Ive been a member of slots.lv for 6 years and have deposited thousands and played on their site. I finally referred someone and they refuse to give me a referral bonus. They say some guidelines wasn't followed but wont tell me what guidelines. Their customer service agents are a joke any problem you have They pretty much tell you suck it up and are no help. Dont play there

100% without a doubt Slots.lv can hit big and easily cash out! I’ve cashed out 20k, 19k, 7k, 16k before and my girlfriend has also won big. I can only speak for slots since that’s all I play.
I would say though, as a gold frenzy (2,300,000+ lifetime points) member, I feel left out of their invite-only platinum paradise club.

I've cashed out over 700 at once over 500 a few times and multiple 80 to 100 dollar cash outs. Never once had any issue withdrawing I've got nothing but positive things to say.
