They will never give your money back, no matter how much you deposit.
It’s completely useless because you can only deposit money — you cannot withdraw anything.
Even if you try to withdraw, they will make endless excuses and never pay you.
These are fake “DOGE” sites (or similar scam platforms). They are 100% scams.
Please be careful and never try to play or invest here. Stay away to protect your money!

Well I had a withdrawal rejected many times then today they actually paid me so they are not too bad

This casino is a fraud scam. U will never receive Ur winnings and each time U try withdraw they tell U there's a technical issue and ask for you to try other cards only to get info to do fraud on ones cards. This site should be kept well dear of.

Withdrawal requested 04/02. Over 72 hours passed still pending, Support is ignoring me on live chat. Filing reports now. A week passed and they won’t pay. They play tricks, they delay, cancelled and verification id excuses. So if you have Not deposited yet lucky you if you do don’t deposit any more as they wo t pay you, THEY WONT PAY. They are scam they call you they ask you to use different card or use cryptocurrency, skrill or revolte avoid avoid. Report actions fruad get your funds back via banks otherwise avoid

Ok, I have to say that this casino is legit once you fulfill their ridiculous wagering requirements. Then when you place a withdraw request you can only withraw in between the amount of €150-€400. It will take an eternity for them to process the transaction but it will do process eventually except those many times when it does not go through. They are clearly playing on that you will be tempted to play your money away whilst they are "processing" the withrawal transactions for long-long days and nights. Other casinos do that in minutes so really no need of that bullshit they come up with that it is needed for the safety, etc. Bullshit. Also, they will need your I.D. and all of your cards to be verified before they accept a withrawal at all plus bear it in mind that you will need to do a minimum of times 3 wagering of the amount you have deposited before you could withraw at all. It is hard to reach at most of the games....

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Such a scam. Ive put 100£ and i didn’t get even one winning or bonus. AVOID IT!!!

Scam casino that won’t pay out, stay away at all costs

Since 19/06, I've been in constant contact with SlotsCharm attempting to be refunded the amount of €21.710.70 which are legitimate winnings, the full amount was confiscated by Slotcharm claiming I had breached term's and conditions by placing a MAXBET in 1 game, refused to provide any evidence but SlotsCharm have confirmed by emails that no violationoccurred on 19/06.. I know that this alleged violation didn't occur.. I have offered a compromise but this was also rejected.. Several discrepancies have been admitted in their emails, which I have submitted to the Organisation's who have started Legal/Court proceedings against them.. On 02/09 & 03/10 SlotsCharm claim that payments of €3.706 had been approved and refunded to my bank account which would take upto 15 business days to clear, it's now 04/12 and no payments have been received.. The excuse that keep being given is that they are waiting on "CODES" from their Payment Department so these transactions can be located.. Obviously there has been no payments released.. SlotsCharm state in their Rules that no refunds are given, yet in emails I have from them these alleged payment's are for deposits made, even though my deposits certainly didn't add upto those amounts!!.. Emails are being ignored now registered Several Complaints which do get a response stating they will be in contact within 5HRS Maximum, then no more contact.. The end result is going to cost more than the €21.710.70 in winnings, they will be liable for Court Cost's plus compensation.. My Solicitors are 100% confident in a successful result.. This could've been avoided I'd SlotsCharm weren't so greedy and dishonest!!!

This is obviously the real trust pilot? Not one reply to the negative comments ! It must have been fake reviews I read. On my first deposit they took it twice ! Didn't notice this, an I deposited again and once again they took it twice. A company called Palwallet took it, after 5 weeks they returned one payment and said it must be my banks fault, had to send pdf files of the transactions, now they don't even reply to my emails,how do these people sleep at night 🤬 stay well clear folks

Terrible terrible, 100% scammers. Won 450 from a 20 deposit, but as everyone was saying, could not withdraw to save myself, had to provide several documentation and it still wasn’t enough. Don’t think I’ll ever see that money

I played this and put a lot of money into it. I won over €2000, but I couldn't withdraw any of it as they kept coming up with one thing or another on how I couldn't withdraw it, i.e., you have to pay your bonuses if you want to withdraw, or you still have wagers to pay. In the end, I lost everything. I advise to stay well away from SLOT CHARMS.

game crashed mid bonus and told to wait hours possibly days for support. wont confirm what country they are based in or that i was even playing the game at all. wont provide any confirmation that i was in the game or that i was mid bonus round. the error is a 404 page not found when i attempt to load any game now. i have cleared cashe and signed out back in nothing works. will go to bank to try and chase transactions as this is clearly a scam. doubt i will see any of the money SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ive played on a lot of sited over the years... this one is without a doubt the WORST ive ever used. Its strange really because you think they would treat players like me well because im happy to play and spend and sometimes withdraw. I had this app a week i played £750 i tried to withdraw when I won 1900(euros) im from the UK. The max you can withdraw is 400 at a time it takes a minimum of 36 hours to be reviewed and they keep the amount you try to withdraw available to spend encouraging you to spend it before the 36 hours is up.. 5 times I tried to withdraw i ended up playing the 1900 and giving up. The live chat is robotic and the exact same replies. Ive reported this site as they are preying on people that struggle with gambling. They do NOT pay out and this is the 1st site ive ever came across that doesn't pay out. My last site paid out within 3 hours every time but I self excluded because of my gambling problems so tried this site. I promise you I never write reviews but believe this one go try another site

They voided my bet and took back all my winnings . Asked me to verify my account and keep on asking for documents and keep on calling at odd times.
