Sorry to hear this — I understand how frustrating that feels.

In most cases like this, it’s not a new charge after cancellation, but a past-due payment from the previous billing cycle that gets processed after the account is closed.

That said, if something doesn’t look right, please reach out to our support team. We review these cases carefully and refund any mistaken charges.

We do issue refunds in cases where the product wasn’t a fit or only lightly used for testing. In this case, the account saw more extensive usage, which is why it didn’t qualify under our policy.

Free downloads refer to models from the community gallery. Creating new models is part of the paid plans.

We try to make that distinction clear and will keep improving how it’s communicated.

Sloyd isn’t a general “product design” tool, so depending on what you tried to build, it may not have been the right fit. Happy to take a look at what you were trying to do and see if there’s a better way to approach it.

On billing, nothing is hidden. All pricing and renewal terms are shown at checkout, and an invoice is sent by email after every charge. If something wasn’t clear or you think you were charged incorrectly, reach out to support@sloyd.ai
and we’ll sort it out, including refunds when appropriate.
