PURCHASE OF CANON DIGITAL CAMERA MODEL IXY650 INCLUDED A 'BUNDLE' OF ACCESSORIES. FOUR OF THESE WERE NOT RECEIVED WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE. PLUS NO EVIDENCE OF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY PURCHASED. 4 REMINDERS OVER 3-WEEKS HAVE BEEN IGNORED. SITUATION NOT RESOLVED.
INITIAL PRICE OF PRODUCT/ACCESSORIES/EXTRA WARRANTY / SPARE BATTERY VERY COMPETITIVE.
DELIVERY VERY GOOD, BUT FOLLOW UP CUSTOMER SERVICE; WHICH IS IMPORTANT; IS VERY POOR FOR REASON GIVEN.
THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAD USED SLR HUT.
WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN!

I ordered a GoPro but bank declined payment as they didnt think it was a trusted site, so recommended I try again. I did, only for my first payment to go through and then 2 Go Pros were on order, I managed to speak with SLRHut who cancelled the delivery of one. I was told I would receive a refund once it had been received back at the Warehouse, Ive tried email, facebook message, telephoning, even their instagram but no response so far

This is a mixed review. I ordered a Lumix TX99 bundle and considering the bundle included a case, mini tripod, sd card and spare battery, the value was about par, the bundle costing an extra £50, so reasonable value for money. The camera itself is fine and I am getting to understand how it works. The real bugbear is that although declared to be 'in stock' it actually came from the US. Had I known this I wouldn't have bought it as I have no wish to buy anything from the US

I have used SlrHut a couple of times now to get my genuine Canon equipment. I'm in the UK, have disability needs, & the first time was able to speak to them at length about my video/shooting requirements. Not only were they amazing in calling me back exactly when they said they would, but also getting together everything I needed as a bundle costing less than I'd have been able to get it from Canon themselves. The shipping was also amazingly quick. I have then also recently purchased the RF 100-400mm lens to go with said camera & again everything on their side went swimmingly well. The lens was also much cheaper via SlrHut than anywhere else in the UK.

I'd previously seen bad reviews for the company regarding contact. However, please bare in mind that the support is US based, so contact after 2-3pm in the afternoon when it's their morning & they actually start work!

I was looking for a decent camera for my daughter for her 50th birthdayas she wants to improve on her phone camera. I do not know anything about cameras so was in unknown territory.
I found slrhut when looking on line. Their website was so easy to use, and informative even for a 70 year old non-techy mum. I was delighted to find a 'beginners' bundle to go with a canon eos 4000D.
It arrived safely a week before the big day. We were impressed with the packaging, sturdy box and all the items in the bundle individually packaged AND LABELLED so even I could work out what was what.
My daughter was overwhelmed with her camera and everything in the bundle a very happy 50 year old.
I also liked the follow up emails checking that everything had arrived and that I was a satisfied customer. I am! and will be recommending slrhut to any family and friends wanting camera equipment or advice.

This is the second time ive used this company.
I had a problem with the delivery company as the delivery date was revised several times.
I contacted SLRHUT to see if they could help which they did .
Well done.
Definitely use them again.

The slr hut was an easy company to do business with .Prompt and curtious.

I was online searching for a camera deal for my partner birthday. When I contacted SLRHut I spoke to Henry who was very helpful. My partner does not receive the camera till next month, therefore I can’t review how good it will be until we’ve tried it out on our hol in March. The main reason is to use this jn the sea so here’s hoping it goes the job. Henry also sold me the 3 year warranty which will be good to have. Henry said to call if I have any questions so that’s helpful. The camera arrived within 5 days so good service. I’ll write another review once we have tested the camera, so far service was very good.

My order arrived quickly and safely and it wasn't damaged. I was impressed by SLR hut's service and I would buy from them again.

Overall pleased - I ordered a lens at a bargain price and received delivery in the UK in 4 days, which is impressive.

I was disappointed to learn it would not be shipped from within the UK, however. The product guarantee only covers the US market.

Ordered lens still waiting supposed to coming via fed ex. Hacker tried to access my account, emailed srhut and FedEx still no reply. Will refuse delivery if it ever turns up
Shocking

Extremely poor business service. I placed an order about two weeks ago. I couldn`t get any update regarding the order delivery. I called a week ago and I was advised it would take another week of waiting. I called today for an update, two weeks from placing the order. I was advised thre product was not availble and the order was cancelled.
Below a one star service.

So my order was sent and received in good time, however one of the items in my parcel arrived damaged. I filed a report immediately via email and heard nothing back. I then rang up 4 days later and spoke to someone on the phone who said they would resolve it for me with an email to follow our phone call- this didn’t happen and I’m still waiting for this to be processed. I hope to hear from someone soon. thanks!

I ordered a GoPro 13 with additional extras at the beginning of December and as of the 07th January I still have not received it. It was for my sons birthday on the 17th December and so we have missed that and Christmas.
I have called multiple times, told they will call me back after investigating but never do. Last Friday I asked for a refund, they said they would contact DHL on Monday and come back to me ...Im still waiting. Have just tried to call them again and stuck on hold for ages. The tracking App shows it stuck in Europe for over a month now

Excellent value for a great camera with so many accessories! Really impressed by everything that was included. Delivery was quite quick, with detailed tracking provided and great customer service. One of the tripods had a broken latch, after sending an email through about it, a replacement tripod was sent to us the next week.

Slrhut posted camera out and it was lost. Waited weeks trying to resolve, they wouldn’t send replacement so now my son has no Christmas present to open on Christmas Day. This company do not care. Stay away.
