I was actually surprised at how quickly my knee pillow was delivered.

Got this pillow at the end of September last year....I can honestly say it is my best purchase ever. It did not take long to get used to it and my hip pain has gone...its amazing!!!

Bought for my partner. He's delighted with the new one from Slumbar, slept really well from the first night of use and says it's very comfortable.

Purchased as a gift, so can't comment on the item as such, but the buying experience has been 5 star. Great communication, helpful information and a much appreciated personal touch with the contact.

This knee support has been bought as a gift so can't comment on its use, but it was delivered promptly and looks to be a good quality item. Pleased that there is an option to buy a spare cover.

I was at home,the lights were on,nobody knocked at the door.It was dark and raining outside,the parcel was left on the doorstep to be rained on.The parcel is a pillow and could have been damaged quite easily or worse still STOLEN!! No stars for this company.

Overall great experience. On this occasion the delivery had not arrived, but the team got straight on it and sent a replacement out within a matter of days after my email. The product is as described and great value for money.

Placed an order and received no order confirmation email. Had to chase to confirm order had been received/processed - still wasn't provided with an official order confirmation when they advised order had been received.
Then had issues with the courier attempting delivery to my place of work 3 times whilst it was closed. Courier confirmed delivery had been successful (whilst my work was closed and inaccessible). Contacted Slumbar about this and just had to repeat myself regarding work opening hours, ease of access to the building, etc. So lost a couple of days repeating myself about that.
Order should have been received on 8th November, it's now 19th and Slumbar said they had sent a replacement out on 13th November. Still no sight of this, supposedly will be delivered today; 19th November but I'm not holding my breath.
Was bought as a birthday present and I'm getting too close to the birthday now that I'm having to arrange other gifts - whilst still being out of pocket for this order.
Definitely won't order from here again, experience hasn't been great which is a shame. Courier definitely hasn't helped but the seller didn't even bother to share tracking details of the replacement that has supposedly being sent out - which I did ask for because I was worried it wasn't going to show up. Poor from seller and courier.

Mine never arrived but it shows it was delivered.

*update, they’ve seen my review & cancelled my order, OBVS no customer service skills to make it right!” SHOCKING!

Ordered Thursday last week & emailed asking for an update , NO RESPONSE, but able to sent marketing emails daily!!!!!

I hope for a reply ASAP, or will TRY & cancel order!!!!!!!
