If I could, I would give zero stars. The company is based in China, although this is not mentioned anywhere on their website. Delivery took far longer than expected, and when the item finally arrived, it looked nothing like the image shown online, with clear differences in appearance. The quality was poor, with loose threads and faulty stitching, especially disappointing given the high price of the Power Rangers fancy dress costume.
I contacted their customer service team to request a refund and return, in line with their online refund policy, and asked them to provide a shipping label due to the misleading website and poor quality. Since then, I have been stuck in ongoing exchanges with them, facing terrible service. They initially refused a refund, citing 'their policy' and the 'inconvenience' for me, instead offering small percentage refunds and store credits. Now, they are attempting to negotiate with higher store credits and have stated that if I return the item, I must cover the cost however still not offering a refund as a viable option even if I were to pay the shipping costs. They have sent their âfinal offerâ several times ignoring my actual issues and responses.
This company is dishonest and provides awful customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Do not order from here!!! I would give this company 0 stars if I could. We've received "your order is out for delivery" emails the past two days and the order has not arrived. The tracking info does not give us an estimated delivery date or where our product actually is. I ordered a gift for my daughter on 1/24 and it's now 2/6 (day before her birthday) and I've gotten the delivery updates twice and have yet to receive the order. Customer service has been responsive (probably AI) but has not provided any additional information. Very frustrating for a $100 order. Never again!

Be Careful what you buy
The pictures that they show of the Paw Patrol tower are incorrect. Once received I knew that I had made a mistake by using this company. The product cost £75.00 but was probably worth £25 because of the poor quality. I had to send it back to China at my own expense to get any sort of refund.
