the products really work on me, I can see the difference, on the other hand their customer service is excellent.

Battling 55+ skin problems exacerbated by chemo. I am cynical of claims of miracle products! But in desperation I tried the niacid and hyaluid. I have seen a definite improvement in my skin, specifically cystic acne nodules are almost completely gone. Dark spots and scarring are greatly reduced and the overall texture of my skin is better. This is after 6 months of using and I alter the frequency because I have a hard time sticking to a strict regime because I am constantly exhausted. It has worked better than anything else I’ve used but it takes time to fix layers of skin damage. Many products I have tried seemed to be “the cure” but after a few weeks they don’t have any noticeable affect! I had no problem with shipping speed (yes in pandemic) and had a great customer service experience when a bottle was delivered leaking, fast, no charge replacement ! This is a real review coming from Wisconsin. I do plan on trying what seems to be a similar or same product (niacid) priced much lower, I will follow with results later. All I can say is this has been a game changer for my face, it works for me, and how often and when one uses can make a difference. I can’t help it, I have to try the decalt now too😳 seriously my skin was so bad I couldn’t look people in the eye and was embarrassed to leave my house! Now to tackle some enlarged pores😎

It doesn't work. I just finished the 3rd bottle but there is no even slight difference of my pores.

Delivery does take awhile however the products are worth the wait and works wonders for my skin (I am very picky with the type of products I use due to sensitive skin).

Quite annoying other people are moaning about delivery during a pandemic! You receive an email giving you a choice, what more do you want? The fact that Slurp pay half the delivery cost if you choose to upgrade - I don’t know any other company that is willing to do that! I have used both niacid and hyaluid, am on 4th bottles and bloody love the stuff! Ok, it might not work for everyone but it does for me. Can’t live without it! Don’t listen to the moaners, clearly they have unfulfilling personal lives & have nothing better to do.

Ok, first of all I am a genuine person and I absolutely loved both their products since they simply WORK. So to go as far as to say that their reviews are fake is outrageous. Their customer service is beyond good, what's more.. if you are unsatisfied, simply as for a refund? The reviews I read here are not the mass... I am sure you got a refund for your bad experience if that was ever your case. Best, Natasha

It's been months since I ordered niacid with slurp but there are a lot of delays because of Covid-19 so I decided to check up how's the international shipping. It's best to contact them via email. Great customer service as I was given three options.

Therefore, don't post reviews just because it didn't go well for you. A lot of people base whether the product is worth buying or not on reviews. Some trash reviews here. Yeah you didn't receive your product but weren't you offered a refund for the inconvenience? Besides, we're in the middle of a pandemic. DUH.

While we can ship to more countries now per usual, sadly, the UK is among the countries that are still not accepting non-commercial aircraft that we use for standard shipping. Unfortunately, it might take 3 months or longer before restrictions are lifted, depending on your country. While we hope for the best that shipping will resume earlier, it is hard to tell at this point.

Because we don't have any estimates as to when the restrictions will be lifted in your country, here are some options for you:

1. Switching to DHL -- this means faster (5-8 working days) but costlier ($20.01USD) thus we'll gladly shoulder 50% of the shipping cost for you. Let us know if you'd like to proceed and we'll make the transition smooth for you.

2. Cancel and refund (but we do hope that you give us a chance to dispatch your order)

3. Await until standard shipping resumes. We know chasing for an update can be very frustrating and we don't want you to be burdened with checking back now and then thus, we're closely monitoring the shipment status for you and we'll be notifying you as soon as standard shipping resumes and your order is shipped. If you'd like to personally check in your free time, you can check our FAQ page for real time updates on the list of countries we can already ship to per usual.

Be careful. I ordered Niacid and Hyaluid on May 11, money was taken on May 13 but I haven’t received any shipment confirmation. I sent email and messages on their Facebook but no reply.

I would give -23 stars.
Let's start from saying that the scam lays in the lack of transparency. They let you order ( my order was placed when the item was listed as in-stock).
I spent 48 quids for one product, nowhere on the page did they say that deliveries don't take place.... unless you wanted to spend 30£ for DHL + further (unspecified) amount of money for import.

3 weeks into my order, I still have not received an email about the dispatch. They sent an email confirming the order, but did NOT include any dispatch notice saying that all shipping have been suspended ( I wonder whether this is true though)

Here the message I received from SLURP on Facebook ( they never replied to my comments and answered in private, possibly just to allow more ppl to buy) :

"Hello xxxx, we'e come across your comment on our FB post and we're here to address your concern.
Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 situation globally, standard flights to the UK and other countries (via Korea Post that we rely on shipping orders) are still suspended and we don't have any estimate as to when they will resume. But based on the improving situation in Korea, we anticipate that the air traffic will be restored in the coming weeks. Pending orders will be shipped in priority as soon as flights to your country resume. Our sincere apologies for any delay in shipping your order and sincerely seek your patience and understanding in this uncertain time ❤"

HERE THE SCAM PART:
"By the way, while standard shipping is not available at the moment, we can ship your order asap using priority shipping carriers like DHL. This means costlier but faster shipping ($30USD, shipping and delivery typically takes 3-8 working days from date of shipment). Also, please note that you might have to pay tax depending on your Customs regulations (but we will lower the declared value so tax is minimal if not free). If you'd like to choose this option, please let me know and I'll send you an invoice."

In ordinary websites, you read this type of info through appropriate pop-ups so that, shall you want to go on with the order, you will do so in an informed way.
This is not SLURP's case.
On SLURP website, you need to actively look for the link leading to what mentioned above. Useless to say that such a link is nowhere immediately accessible on the website.

Basically they take your money and then say 'see u later'.

This is the most unprofessional brand I have come across, hands down.
