60 inch inset fire purchased in January, tested ok. Fitted July (new build property) only worked for 5 minutes then just beeps! Contacted Smallbee, they explained guarantee is six months only. I asked what happened to'fit for purpose' and 'Merchantable quality' they did not even respond. It would be interesting to see if the people who posted good reviews still had the same opinion some months later. Product is made in China.....

Please avoid buying anything from this company. Bought a BBQ and there was missing parts. It took 2 weeks and lots of chasing to respond to the complaint. Their solution was to wait for 8 week for spare parts to be shipped from china, or go ourselves to buy the spare parts. When we expressed that neither of these options were suitable, their only solution was to dismantle and repack, and then return the BBQ via DPD. Which is causing no end of hassle. It's been a month since we ordered the BBQ and we still dont have a resolution.

There is no number to call, service and response as been disgraceful.

Don't trust this company , bought bio ethanol fire but one of the burner boxes was cracked potentially lethal if full of fuel emailed the company they told me a replacement would be sent out within 7 weeks that was 6 months ago .

Very mediocre overall. This company is unresponsive, takes a long time to respond. They do have what thry say but it just takes forever to get it.
