This review is based entirely on my personal experience.
I would strongly advise students and freshers to think twice before joining Siblicode, Kreativan Technologies, or Small Copper Technologies.
The stipend that was promised to me was never cleared despite multiple follow-ups through calls, messages, and emails. Every time we asked about our pending payments, we were given excuses instead of a clear timeline. Even after leaving the company, many interns, including me, were still waiting for our stipend.
Most of the interns were college students or freshers who were new to the corporate world. Unfortunately, many of us felt taken advantage of. Several interns eventually left because of the continuous delay in stipend payments and the lack of professional communication.
In my experience, the work environment was highly unprofessional. I witnessed disrespectful behaviour towards interns, including the use of abusive language with some male interns. I also personally found certain comments made towards female interns to be inappropriate and unprofessional.
Interns were often sent to colleges for training sessions and other work, but travel expenses such as petrol were not reimbursed.
After interns left due to the stipend issues, many continued requesting payment, but calls, messages, and emails went unanswered.
This has been my personal experience, and I am sharing it so that other students and freshers can make an informed decision before joining these companies. I recommend getting every promise regarding stipend, payment timelines, and job responsibilities in writing before accepting any offer.
