Seb was very professional and knowledgeable.
Our home now feels extremely secure whilst we are there and more importantly when we’re not. The added security of window sensors and additional products offered by Smart Haus gives us added peace of mind

Seb was helpful and professional upon contact and arrived to quote for the job exactly when he said he would. Our job was time sensitive and he kindly helped us when we explained. We were so impressed and reassured we asked him to quote for a couple of extra jobs which he did. All work has been completed today and we couldn’t be happier. Seb is reliable and efficient, just some of the reasons why we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and Smart Haus.

What a great professional and presentable person

Sebastian arrived today to fit a Ring Door bell and a wall mounted camera for me on my house. He is a decent friendly knowledgeable guy he explained everything to me and suggested a plan that suited my requirements. I would definitely get in touch with Sebastian if you need any of his services I would highly recommend him a top bloke with a high level of workmanship.

From the start Sebastian was friendly and professional. There were some difficulties installing the set but he was very capable and found ways to tackle the challenges.
He made a really neat and tidy job of the installation and I’m already thinking about future work he could complete on my new house.

Seb Palacio, was absolutely fantastic. His attention to detail and his technical knowledge was excellent. He worked his way through the installation of the new tele and de mounted the bedroom tv with real procison.

Seb was very helpful and patient with a client (me) who is not at all able to understand modern technology and he was able to do it without making me feel stupid .. certainly a good customer service asset. Nice person, highly recommended.

Seb was very helpful with a difficult installation of a large 8k TV that had an uncooperative sound bar and existing blue ray sound system.
He followed up by forwarding web discussions on problems encountered with new Virgin box and revisited to check TV settings.

Excellent and politely delivered service. Seb answered all of my queries in a manner which showed a high level of technical knowledge and expertise. The installation was completed in a very efficient manner and all obsolete equipment was voluntarily removed for disposal.
