It's easy to navigate the online store. Bought a few products from here actually, very pleased with the quality and the shipping is fast. I received my goods in 2 days. I will shop again

needed a dehumidifier, customer support was really helpful with letting me know delivery times and it came even quicker than expected!!!!!!

I ordered an item on 23 Apr 22 and was…

I ordered an item on 23 Apr 22 and was informed on 28 Apr 22 that my item is ready for shipping. According to S&P agreement, I should receive the item between 11 and 20 May 22. Till now I have yet to receive the item. When check with DHL on 21 May 22, I was informed item still have not been handed over to the shippers. DHL advised me to contact seller directly. When I wrote to SmartBuyDirectAU, they acknowledge and apologised for the delay. Till now no visible action from any party. No update on the status also. I checked the status with DHL, still the same. Not nice to keep your customers guessing what is happening!! Pls update the customer regularly on the status. If you just ignore your customers, you are bound to get bad reviews.

Upon review, your order had faced delays due to the recent flooding events within Australia and I understand your order was to Singapore, which placed further shipping times given domestic transit times were affected.

In any case, you had been issued a full refund on your order and should you like to place an order in future, you have also been issued a 20% discount in which you can use at any time with us.

I ordered a product which was apparently passed to the courier on 18 march, but the tracking number does not work. It says still 'pre-alert'. Please advise.
