Love my glasses!

Glasses were great. Definitely gonna buy again in the future.

Was very easy to navigate the app and choose on smartfit plus the speed in which it arrived in South Africa, however the courier kept it for almost a week knowing there’s no duties payable on glasses in South Africa. It was only after I enquired that they woke up and delivered.

I am incredibly impressed with the service I received. From the moment I placed my order, the communication was excellent, and the entire process was smooth and professional.

The delivery of my glasses was surprisingly fast, and they arrived securely packaged and in perfect condition. The quality of the glasses exceeded my expectations, and they fit perfectly straight out of the box.

I was blown away by Smarbuyglasses. Living in South Africa, I was sceptical about leads times and delivery times (our postal service is non-existant). However it was really easy to track my glasses and it came within two weeks. I emailed them once to get confirmation on customs, and they cleared up the fact that I would not need to pay anything additional, that the imports company merely needed my ID number. I received my glasses and absolutely love them!

I bought Calvin Klein frame, after a month or two the rose gold coating was chipping, I wrote a review here within days they contacted me and asked for pictures I sent they than advised me the damage was covered under their warranty so they sent me a second pair 😃😃 I give them a thumbs up they know what they are doing I hope this one behaves better and doesn’t chip.
