I was doubtful at first, but trust me, this is so so seamless. The staff were so accommodative and also advised me based on my scrip uploaded vs selection. Post that they confirmed that what I selected was not what I needed and further said that based on the new selection, I had a refund. The processed it seamlessly and my glasses delivered and were the perfect script for me finicky eyesight.

The representative I was corresponding with was very helpful and patient when I informed them that my optometrist will not be open for another five days after I had placed my order (this was right after New Years day). I explained the delay as I had a fear that a long enough delay will cancel my order and they were kind enough to relay that message and reassure me that my order will be kept until I can submit my prescription.
