Awful company. Did not pay on time, did not pay correct amount, Did not reply. Scammers

Very unprofessional when dealing with complaints they just go quite with updating you. Makes false promises or they do not respond to telephone calls or WhatsApp chat

This company is a joke. I waited for 2 weeks to receive payment from them only to be told that they mistakenly paid my money to another person

Never, ever join this company. Smart cash will defraud you of your hard earned money. I work 2 long days same hours, same rate but with completely 2 different net pay for each. Their finance department could not even explain properly the reason why. Majority of your pay will come as a “bonus” which is very shady and will definitely put you in trouble with HMRC. Avoid avoid avoid!

Smart cash is fake company, makes fake payslips for employees and they hang up calls when we point out things regarding pay slips. Now I am paying HMRC for the outstanding tax to pay. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY.

They are reaping you off your hard earned money. Customer service is very very poor, you can't get hold of anyone. Then when you get through to them they will say they will deal with your enquiries and requests but still don't act on it. Terrible company!!!!

Con merchants owe me almost 2000, tax dodging they file your wages as bonuses, don't enclose where money is on the payslip .. literally steal 100s each time - .. Awful company literally.commiting fraud JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK

Illegal company tax dodging and taking your hard earned money. They owe me over 1k. DO NOT JOIN. These are criminals. Reported to HMRC.

I've been with this company for 4 weeks
I'maways paid on time but never the xorrect amount it's absolutely disgusting

I don't play with my money
And they don't want to answer the phone
I will drive to the base and get my mi ey if I have to or happily go down the legal route which may cost me more but in the long run they will know how to deal with people professionally
I work my ass off as a nurse so I expect to be paid correctly
Customer service NIL because you can't even get through to anyone
I will be reporting this company as too many people are complaining and saying the same thing

I am extremely disappointed at Smart cash and appalled that this kind of poor services continue to operate in the UK without regulation while they rip off hard working people! They have failed to account for over £600 and other amounts from previous payslips! They do not reply to phone calls, emails or text messages! Please do not use these bunch of crooks

Payment are on time but not consistent although I do the same hours every week. My P45 last year showed a third less of what I actually earned but I can’t get anyone to give me a true statement of my earnings. Lines are always busy and when you finally get through and request a true statement for official purposes it is NEVER provided; I’ve been requesting for months to no avail! Their payslips are not accurate which makes it difficult to prove your true earnings. Not a great company if you’re looking for prove of earnings especially for a mortgage.
