Three people arrived and cleaned well.service is good.

Good kitchen cleaning service. I hired smart City care to clean my kitchen they done a fabulous job.

We hired Smart City Care home cleaning services, Guwahati for the 3rd of March, '26. We blocked the early morning time slot (8- 8:30 am) by paying 200 INR on the 23rd of Feb, '26. We were coordinating with someone named Rana (Hasanur Zaman Ahmed). We asked him about his feasible time slots and he was the one who recommended the same.
On the day of cleaning, nobody turned up and Rana didnot even bother to pick up his phone (we called him more than 10 times that day). He didnot even have the courtesy to call back. Had he refused to come earlier due to any problem, we could have agreed. But ignoring the call and not showing up even after confirming thrice before the 3rd of March is not professional. This lady called Aysha showed up around 10:30 am, took some photos of the house and went away.
Both Rana (Hasanur Zaman Ahmed), Aysha and his team are scam stars. We donot recommend their service at all. Let alone professionalism, they donot even possess the basic human courtesies.

They never came for cleaning on the day booked. Even after confirmation message. It's a scam.

Wrong people to deal with customers. They instead of understanding the customer just go offline. Customer unfriendlyness.
