The FFP2 masks are great. Adjustable ear elastics, nose bridge make for a good fit. Not quite as good a shape after washing but that's true of most reuseable masks. Recommended if you want to prote... もっと見る

This was my second purchase from Smart Cover. Last year I bought two masks and found out they are the best masks indeed as light cotton material and glasses do not get very foggy. Now I bought the health bundle. Gummies were shipped separately and got stuck in post. Angelo was very cooperative and made sure that delivery was finally effected. I now bought the FFP2 mask and confirm it's even better than the first one.
I highly recommend this company since their customer service is excellent, good communication and great products.

Very good price for the product and speedy delivery! Don’t seem to fit quite as well as the last order and prefer them without the nose wire, but they are still very good quality

Customer service team were excellent we had an issue with a mask had got lost in the post .Angelo in customer service soon sorted it out for me ,my wife and I use the Ffp2 masks and are so comfortable to wear,

Easy to use website, although the offers available can be a little misleading at times.
Mask very comfortable to wear and easy to adjust.
One minor gripe - I wish it was a little bigger (for those us who are larger than normal!)

I've been ordering from SmartCover for 2 years now and I absolutely love their products (quality and look). My family and I have been using their masks since the beginning of COVID and never had any issue. On my last order I had a delivery problem, and their customer support (Att: Angelo) was superb. They responded in less than 20min and gave me the address of the postal office the package was located here in Krakow. Thanks team for the excellent support, great quality products, and most importantly, keeping my family safe :)

Just bought a fresh mask from Smartcover. I much prefer washable ones, they are better for the environment, I can keep them clean and anyway I can’t get the paper ones to fit snugly.
My son wears these and recommended them to me. I don’t know if masks do any good but if they do these are as good as any I have tried, and it looks like we will be required to wear them for a while yet. These look good too 😀
There was an issue with the postage charge, but that was quickly resolved with no quibble which gives me confidence to deal with Smartcover again.

My masks did not arrive so contacted the company and they sorted it out very quickly and I received them 3 days later very impressed by their service. The masks were excellent very pleased with them.

The mask does not get wet and you can breathe well . I think the newest version is even better.

I have had great customer service from Smart Cover (Kate and Angelo)
I had only ordered x2 masks as I wanted to see what they were like before I ordered more. Of course they did take a long time to get here due to all the issues that everyone is facing with COVID 19 but when I emailed re my order I had an immediate response and assurance that my order was not lost and on its way.
I also received a follow up email to check that I had received our masks as looked like they had arrived from there end … that was correct masks here being worn very happy they are very comfy and easy to wear not hot and easier to breathe and talk through than any other masks I have purchased.
We are very happy and will definitely be ordering more …. it’s a fact, we will be needing to wear masks for a long time yet, so best to have what works well !!

My order for FFP2 Masks arrived within two days which was fantastic as I'm off travelling and really wanted these to take with me.
Also had a question on cleaning/ care which Angelo answered by e-mail the same day, great service much appreciated, will certainly order again when need more, many thnx SmartCover

I bought 2 one year ago, and they're still useful. But the nose ark is really difficult to bend into a normal shape, to prevent the breath from reaching the glasses. This ark simply doesn't want to be bent!

Have only just received my order so haven't worn the masks yet, but they seem to be really comfortable and effective.
I had several questions during the ordering process and the customer service response I had was outstanding -- really helpful and prompt replies, and I always think that good customer service says a lot about a company.
At one point I suggested that behind-the-head elastic on the masks would be a useful option and they promised to pass that on to their design team, so I am very happy indeed with SmartCover.

I've only had my masks for a couple of weeks but have found them to comfortable. My only gripe is that as a glasses wearer it takes a bit of fiddling around to get it to fit so that my glasses do not steam up. Once on all OK. I can't comment on the durability of the nose wire. Hopefully it is as robust as the masks I've had for a few months.

Great mask, let down by a mediocre nose wire design or construction. Should be better constructed for the price.

With the furlough scheme now ended, more people are travelling on the London tube. Wearing my Smart Cover FFP2 face mask combined with using the sanitised face mask spray, gives me great piece of mind.
Excellent products and a great company who put customer care first.
When I reported my spray had not arrived, Smart Cover promptly investigated within and sent me two days. well done to this company and sent me a replacement
within a few days.

Smart Cover masks are in my opinion the very best available and not only give maximum protection but are soft and comfortable to wear. In addition they look a smart accessory. Additionally orders are processed quickly and arrived promptly. I certainly recommend this purchase.
