I previously ordered the first generation smartcover masks which have been great but starting to bobble slightly but still super comfy and I saw the ffp2 masks advertised so thought I'd give them a go.

They are a huge improvement on the original mask with regards to fit. The adjustable nose bridge allows a snug fit and great when wearing glasses to avoid misting.

The masks look a bit odd compared to the old masks as there appears to be an excess of material at the front, however this extra allows much easier breathing when the top of the mask is sealed with the nose bridge. I find the inside of the mask builds up moisture more but not uncomfortably

Had to wait longer than expected for delivery as there was a supply issue but great communication from smartcover

Great service when a problem occurred.

The masks are fantastic and all the family loves them. This was my second purchase and one of the ordered masks was missing from the package. Communication was very smooth and the missing mask was received in a separate package a few days after. Great customer service!

Ordered 3 masks to get a discount price with free delivery but if I applied the first time order discount worked out more expensive as carriage was charged!

These masks are excellent. We have both version's and I couldn't recommend them enough. Very comfortable to and good for wearing on planes where you wear them for longer than you do in supermarkets for instance. The customer service you receive from Smart Cover is excellent. Very quick to respond to emails and offer good advice. they offer good discounts to for when you need to order more. Highly recommend this company.

This is by far the best FFP2 mask I’ve tried (and I live in Germany where there’s a strict requirement of this type of mask for more than 6 months already). It’s light, easy to breathe through and the adjustable ears are perfect not to feel tension and get headaches as with normal ones. I keep on recommending them and people keep thanking me for the tip!

The SmartCover masks are great - much less breathing resistance than with the disposable masks, smells better, feel soft. I have already recommended them to many friends and family.
And they are very accommodating and respond quickly if you have any problems. Thanks.

These are the only masks I will wear!
Comfortable and easy to wear. Breathable.
If we have to wear masks forever these are my only choice.

I recently purchased the reusable FFP2 masks as flying soon and concerned about the high transmission rates of the Delta variant. I have purchased a number of the cheaper reusable masks and have been delighted with both the comfort and protection and was rather concerned that the new ones would be more difficult to breathe through as I am asthmatic. I was thrilled to discover that they are as comfortable as the previous ones but with the additional protection. Thank you Smart Cover.

I have found no problems with SmartCover masks - in fact I can breathe with them much easier than any other mask. I am an essential service worker so I have my mask on most of the day. The people that work at SmartCover are there to help at any time and are very professional and compasionate when dealing with us all. Thank you for just being there.

Restocking our masks after a long gap! An easy transaction with speedy responses. The masks are comfortable to wear, easy to wash out and very quick to dry.

I love these masks. I travel in and out of London regularly and like the extra layer of cover, how easy they are to wear and breath through, and how well they wash. I've just received my third order of SmartCover masks. Unfortunately my order went missing in the mail but SmartCover was very quick to resend the order - great service, thank you.

The FFP2 masks are great. Adjustable ear elastics, nose bridge make for a good fit. Not quite as good a shape after washing but that's true of most reuseable masks. Recommended if you want to protect yourself (as well as others) now that some people aren't interested in protecting others. A touch expensive but look out for offers.
