Don't even see a dentist for a check up. Make ya sign treatment plans on the spot. Ask publicly what medication you're on. Nothing 'smart' about this practise or it's dental practises.

I write this with an open mind
I write this with an open mind. I like the Dentist, I've been there for many years. But the changes implemented are not the best. This has been turned into a semi-private Dentist and appointments are sparce. Its a sad thing to see, and if I could move surgeries, I would... ( NHS Dentists are also sparse and difficult to get hold of !)
The receptionists are really nice and do their best to accommodate you, it isn't their fault that there are limited appointments. The Dentists themselves are also really nice, but currently they are away for months on end and lots of annual leave. ( I appreciate everyone needs their holidays and leave for what ever reason!) But contingencies must be in place for emergencies, of which it seems they are not.
Its gone downhill rapidly and its very sad to see.
Hopefully the Practice Manager will do more to ensure this practice becomes a lot better. But at the moment, its very difficult to deal with this surgery at present.
Please, listen to your patients. Especially those who are in need of appointments and cant get them!

Never going again scared me out of my wits i dont feel comfortable at all I went in for a deep clean really scared me I didn’t get it done am never going back all they do is care thru dont reassure u of any treatment the dental assistant by the chair kept freaking me out i fem so scared my whole body was shaking 🫨 no comfort words either never going again
