I purchased their subscription for one year paid $99. After a month, tv was not working. I got a text from someone stating “ pay so We can connect your tv. Double dipping customers and no customer support. I regret purchasing Iptv smarters pro by Wizsmarttv.

3 maanden aangekocht 1ste weekend werkte het perfect, nu werkt totaal niets meer al 2 weken zeer slecht ontvangt en niets kan laden. Aanbod is groot maar werkt niets van of zelden tot niet. Op mails word niet meer geantwoord

This site is garbage. Most of the channels freeze and can't reconnect. TheVOD's are hit and miss which day they work. I'm looking for another service that actually lives up to their claims.

It sort of worked for a couple of weeks and now all I get is "Retry" to get Live TV, Movies or Series. I have tried reinstalling, Using VPN, Clearing cache and Force stop and Clear data. I tried going between mobile and TV and nothing works. These people are scammers. Keep away from this service.

They are a bunch of worthless scammers who do not honor their service commitments. Their customer service is unprofessional and appears not to speak English fluently. They respond with very brief, unhelpful messages that make it impossible to get any clear information. Overall, their service is highly unreliable, and I strongly advise you to stay far away..

Smarters pro technical support is zero. Missing favorite channels for several weeks, reported to tech support. No help whatsoever! Pathetic support to consumers.

Constant buffering, non existence support. Paid for premium but didn't get it. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Complete waste of money. The trial went well but 6 months it's constantly freezing, not being able to log in spinning during a programme. So frustrating. Customers service takes days to respond, short fix and then back to rubbish. Don't waste your money or valuable time.

please stay away from this monstrosity for a subscription for your tv and ipad. It is honestly a scam. The live tv doesnt work , as soon as i press a button, it glitches me out to the home page. I update it again and again but keeps on glitching. Total scam. Please be aware of this if you are considering of purchasing asubscription.

Very disappointed with my new subscription, it was good for 2 years prior to 2025 and now it's just a scam hardly any channels, customer service is a joke, buffer buffer buffer, I get more variety on Freeview channels in the UK then what I'm getting on IPTV smarter Pro live , I probably got 15 channels that work consistently and all the rest are just garbage.

Steer clear of these Scammers, want your money and lead you into it purchasing falsely they then ask you to pay £38 via PayPal Friend? As they Don’t have a business account. Be warned…. Also they call you Brother on whats App? Please don’t loose your money here.

I had service but now they have zapped it. They haven’t been answering WhstsApp for weeks. I’m going to consider this as a loss and they are scammers. If I can give a lower score I would. They are lousy.

It worked for 3 months and then it never worked in the the evening again. I couldn't see any football match. Customer service stopped answering. SCAM.

I paid these people for a smarters billing panel and it does not work properly and they do nothing to help fix it. I would not use these people because you will have all your billing stuff messed up and no support.

Bad quality of service. Stay away. Support guys are polite, but can't help you. Waste of money.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Smarters Pro IPTV. I paid in full for a 12-month subscription, yet the app has never worked on my TV. Despite numerous attempts to get support, I have been repeatedly ignored or given excuses. It feels as if once payment is received, the company completely stops caring about its customers. The lack of proper service and accountability is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I strongly discourage anyone from using this service.

Very bad program!
It don't works on my iPhone, iPad and iMac.
I pay € 6,49 for NOTHING!

DON´T BUY IT!!!!
